Mobgirl Train is a Japanese-made management sim by Oinari Soft, also credited as KataHiko, built in Unity with animated 2D CG visuals. You play a male protagonist working to keep order aboard a train. The core loop has you inspecting tickets, spotting etiquette problems, and performing pat-down checks. It combines routine train duties with character interaction in a straightforward adult simulation.
The current build is v1.45, released on October 2, 2025, and development is ongoing. It is available for Windows and Mac, with English, Japanese, Spanish, Korean, and Chinese language support. The game is censored with mosaics. The latest changelog notes that characters now appear unclothed when entering the main game through summoning, with the clothing interface hidden. Character list thumbnails also show them unclothed, and the character creation screen starts without selected clothing until the clothing interface appears when choosing outfits.
