Mocha Maid is an adult visual novel made by LulluDev in Ren'Py, using animated 3D visuals. You play as Haru, a young man who wants a quiet life but has no money after losing his job. With help from an old stranger and his friend Asuka, he opens Mocha Maid, a maid café intended to become the biggest in town. Haru also pursues corrupting the maids for personal reasons, and the story explains why. The game uses route choices and café-centered scenarios, with themes including netorare, cosplay, and voyeurism. A notice states that netorare can be avoided.
The current release is v0.2.0, dated August 31, 2026, and development appears ongoing. It is available for Windows and Linux in English and is uncensored. The latest update adds a corruption route update, new adult scenes involving Maki, Kanna, Asuka, Shion, and Aoi, a Kanna request scene, customer scenes, and a summer event.

The favorability system works like this: when you click an option that gives favorability (whether it’s for the customers, Haru, or Ayato), you’re starting one of the 3 possible routes in the scene. It’s pretty self-explanatory—for example, picking a favorability event with Haru will take you to the event where Haru dominates/takes the girl. Picking an option doesn’t lock you into just that route, you can keep switching choices during the playthrough.

There isn't much content so far, but everything is so well done and very packed with scenes and hot dialogues. The characters have very amusing personalities and, if you're into swinging, this game is the absolute best you could ever…

Yo this game is solid. The main draw are the girls and they are SMOKING hot, especially Maki JEEESUS. If my man keeps improving on his animations this could be special. The story is getting a bit wild, but it…
