Very good renders, beautiful female characters; interesting plot and interactions; the relationships with Faye, Lois and Nicole is interesting, so four stars. I'm expecting it to raise it to 5 stars if it goes on with this level of quality to the end of it.

this game is trying too hard to be another AWAM Ripoff but atleast AWAM has some real story telling and character build up.. this one is just low effort and just plain bland story telling.. dev clearly doesnt care as long as people download

Nice renders, falls in AWAM category. Story is also good for a female protagnist game. Has potential to became a favorite for Incest lovers. Started off as a banger, but now slow burn seems to be extending a bit. Let's hope dev comes back on track with upcoming updates.

The renders are very well done and clearly show a lot of effort and care put into them — character models, lighting, facial expressions, posing, skin textures, sweat details, hair flow, etc. Wanda (Ms. Denvers) and the other women look great overall. The static scenes and close-ups are high quality and among the stronger points of the game, though I wouldn't call them the absolute best in the genre right now. The animation still needs work, though. It's limited in both quantity and smoothness — the loops don't always flow perfectly, and some sequences feel a bit stiff or early-stage. It doesn't ruin the experience, but it's clearly the weakest part compared to the solid renders. I actually prefer the slow corruption pace, and in my opinion it makes the game better. There's no rushed plot or forced scenarios from the start — the loneliness, attraction, and gradual fall are built very carefully, which gives Wanda real depth and makes the developments feel believable and addictive. Right now it's heavily lesbian-focused (at least in the routes I've played so far), and that's not a problem at all for me — I enjoy the emphasis on female interactions, teasing, and romance without falling into clichés. The choices still give decent replay value, and the slow-burn style fits the lesbian/romance vibe perfectly.

The only good thing about this game is how hot fmc is. Other than that, this game is a hot mess. There are like 15 Love interests. The game route is confusing and unclear and locks you out of certain paths. There is no story here. Its like dev just thought of a bunch of random scenes with different love interests and stitched them together into a slop and just called it a "story" Updates are far and thin. I guess you can expect that when dev has so many LI's and each 6 month development is dedicated to 1 LI. Still no penetration yet. Many bugs in this game still unaddressed.

The basic concept is excellent and everything looks beautiful but the execution falls short particularly with the pacing of the story being very slow at times. The story has widened for the better since the first time I read this about 18 months ago and binned it, however I still feel branching paths don't feel that natural. They leave you feeling blocked off from parts of the story, confused when you want to carry on with a storyline and it just ends and opportunities you would like to see expanded, go nowhere. I have a suspicion that the dev doesn't how to write a good lesbian path. There's not a lot of passion and lust with the FMC and any of the female characters and there's always a male character involved somewhere in their storyline drawing focus away from their relationship. There's also constant suggestions that there's something wrong going on. I feel the dev is more comfortable with the original male/female relationship corruption side and is only doing the lesbian path because their subscribers requested it and it wasn't originally in their vision for the story. Why for example do we have multiple corruption storylines from the start in the school with male students but not female ones? Either with a dominant or submissive role choice for the FMC. Normally I would just say this is slow burn but it's been three years so something good should have happened by now. I'm disappointed I can't really seem to find a path I like but maybe you will if you like corruption stories. It's ok but I feel it could have been so much better.

5/10 Looking good and not the worst writing, but i realty don't like games with more than 2 paths (sometimes 3-4, if the story worth it), if its not harem. It is so annoying, when you are missing content or need to replay the game and waste even more time to check all paths and choices. The worst here that you cant even be sure when you are skipping someones path completely, so the only option is to try next time after the game will be completed. Could be promising, but its pretty low chances to expect something worthy time spending, when after three years of development - the game is just a mess completed on 20-30%. Someone mentioned to separate paths from start and its a good idea in this case even if there are plans for paths cross and group sex in the future updates. But such things should be planned before development start, if finale goal is unique and completed game and not just donors milking.

Missing stars because the game makes you choose between characters. I get it, not everything needs to be a harem. But you can't even explore all options and then choose. No sir, you have to choose which one you want before you even get anywhere close to dating any of them. Also, feels super hypocritical and shitty falling in love with your one kid and telling the other one their feelings are wrong and unacceptable. What kind of a mother does that. The game should allow you to have something with at least all of the family. Nicole and Faye might even develop a thing for each other or could together be a throuple, maybe even add Lois for a lesbian quadruple. But this nonsense way of exclusionary branching has destroyed so many possibilities and added god knows how many development hours. Thats the other complaint, the updates are super slow. Imagine if the branching wasn't exclusionary and you could actually access all the content in one play through. The updates would feel so much more significant. I REALLY like the writing, which is a shame because the branching and the updates have disappointed me to the extent of dropping it. But it's still a good game for what it is. Just keep your expectations in line.

I voted because there is no way this game below 4.5 stars in average. 1. Stunning Visual , still top tier in 2025, the scene is good. 2. I am into MILF and open relationship (at least in game), so of course there is no downside for me in that choice. 3. In term of Visual Novel, this is a Nukige - Scene first, Plot second so as long as story doesn't insult my brain much, it's good. Of course, now this game it's already 3 years old, still no near to finish line. But to me I rate anything in term of quality and vision, if you just now and play the game once, it's still very good.

People giving this 5 stars because it looks good.........just wow. Look this is pretty good looking if the visual style is appealing to you, but it is nowhere near the best lookng thing here or compensating for its MANY flaws. This in the last three years has went from a corruption tale to a confusing mess. Lets start with the LIs. Two guys and whatever amount of lesbians the dev wants to add on a given update. One guy who's a trouble maker and the other good guy who is basically your son. You will fuck neither of these men. Just some handsy shit and maybe some dry humping. This dev will literally put a place card in for the male scenes so they can skip that and create more really weirdly written lesbian content. One of these dudes will get a sex scene in the next year and then it'll be nothing but lesbian shit for another three years. All of the main lesbians? They are all obsessed with our female MC since before the game. Mutually exclusive paths. How will you know? you'll figure it out when content just seems missing. If a sex scene seems missing its because you already fucked or kissed one of the other lesbians......except sometimes it doesn't? Like I said this is a mess. There's no scene gallery to see what you missed either, just the dev hoping you are keeping multiple saves. The story is even better. It was once a teacher goes down a corruption path.....now its a teacher spends more time in lesbian clubs or in the company of lesbians than at work or home combined. What is the story? There really isn't one....just which woman she's actively trying to have feelings for. This right here is the problem. This dev got feedback on what some people wanted which was more lesbian shit and against all sense of the story they were initially writing, now most of the game is about this nonsense. Was there originally a story and a plan? Maybe...but that's all gone now. This is why the current 5 star ratings make no sense. "Oh it looks so good!!" Once again not good enough for it to make up for its short comings. There aren't even really sex scenes in this game. There's a lot of lesbian shit, but even those don't ever turn into full blown lesbian sex. Its like the dev thinks they're teasing the audience when in reality its just blue balls on every level. All scenes are either passionate kissing or one party gets their rocks off and the scene ends. I'd give this a three stars on a good day. On a good day. This last release is literally just seeing how much faster the lesbian trainwreck and launch itself off the track. How you can give this a perfect score because of how it looks when in three years its gone almost nowhere is just crazy.

Visually, this thing is a beast; the lighting and character models are top-tier.It’s rare to see a protagonist like Wanda who feels this grounded and conflicted.The tension builds up slowly, but man, when it finally snaps, it is totally worth the wait.I wasn't sure about the student path at first, but the power dynamics there are written so well.You can tell a lot of love went into the animations because they are buttery smooth. If you are into the taboo side of things, the Gene storyline definitely delivers the goods.It feels less like a game and more like an interactive movie with how high the production value is.The choices you make actually feel heavy, like they are really steering the ship.Even the emotional beats with Faye felt super genuine and not just tacked on.This is easily setting a new gold standard for what these kinds of games can be.Do yourself a favor and throw some support behind the creator because they are killing it.

After eons of frustration and disappointment it is time to assess this mess one last time and then move on to something else. What drives most people to this game are the graphics. Everything is stunning. It is a FMC game, and Wanda is probably one of the top MCs in this genre. Even most of the men look decent, which is extremely rare. But thats about it. The story is almost non-existent. It surfaces from time to time to push MC into the next sexy encounter. Routes of almost all characters collide with each other, so to see the content you like, you probably have to play it multiple times. Since there is nothing other than steamy scenes, it gets boring very soon. I can't say too much about the male LIs. I found none of them interesting enough except the son, and his branch collides with the daughters, by far the dumbest decision in this game. The younger daughter is nice, has a troubling story and I really got invested in her, but ahe is more or less an afterthought and content with her is sparse. The older daughter started out as my favorite, sexy and adventurous. There is an actual conflict between lust and forbidden relationship there. It gets ruined by a dev forcing their whore-kink into the story. She sells herself as a risque-model, even tho you get the fake-choice of shutting it down. The recent update is just a slap in the face. The sister started somewhat interesting, but after a forced, awkward club scene with strippers and so on, she got forgotten for the time being. Janet seems interesting until you learn she fucks the most disgusting caveman in the history of AVNs. And she is bound to a threesome with some mysterious lover, so not lesbian-oriented. All of that is further ruined by ridiculous dev times and updates that are shorter than the download times. It is a cash grab. It is made by a dev that does not understand their audience. It is a shame.

This game is on a whole other level, seriously. The visuals are just insane, so well-crafted that everything feels like you're watching a movie. All the characters have so much personality; you actually get drawn into their conversations and what they're thinking. They feel like real, complex people, not just cardboard cutouts. And the main character, Wanda, is just perfection. She's stunning, and you really get inside her head as she figures things out. I'm a massive fan of how they're taking their time with the story. It's a slow burn, but it's done so, so well, making the build-up absolutely electric. The tension is just off the charts, both between everyone and within Wanda herself. What's really cool is that your choices genuinely seem to branch the story in different directions, making it feel like your decisions count. Honestly, this game is setting a whole new bar for this kind of story. The relationship developing with Faye is handled so beautifully; it feels incredibly sensual and emotionally real. And let's be honest, when things finally get steamy, the game totally delivers on the hype. You should just drop what you’re doing and give this a shot right now. I'm always checking for new updates because I seriously can't wait to see what happens next.

Excellent game about the tension both between characters and indisde Ms.Denvers mind. The English is not that great, quite mechanical but overall is not a burden. The only thing that upsets me is that Spoiler selecting one character closes the path with another. On top of that the need to go through different dialogue answers can be very long and some of them don't make sense because the game is in the early stage. I always wondered why devs would make multiple paths when they release small updates every 1-2 months and you completely lose the immersiveness with the story and the character. You go through multiple paths, picking multiple decisions that actually change a character but you as a player gets confused and bipolar (xdd). You can't read the character anymore cuz it's a blend from different paths. Just go with the main story, finish it and then bring different paths , that would make more sense, it might be scarce of options and sex scenes with different characters but you will evolve together with your character and not split your mind between different paths where the mind of the heroine is shifting completely. Options? All right, to go along with some characters and to reject the others. Mini-scenes just to show how differently things will go? Ok, if it does not reflect the story (like sex scenes in the game, but then be careful with the character's thoughts afterwards, for them not to remember something that you didn't chose to happen). Overall, great game!

Great character art animation and UI, story is interesting premise around Wanda's life, clean visuals and decent story lines and character development. It has good potential, maybe some smoother renders, but nothing I can really complain about. I will give a solid 9/10

Generally pretty hot and well designed. The scene with Gene could probably use some polish but the non-penis scenes are fantastic. Nicole Date scene was brilliant. Initially the only LI that I didn't enjoy was Terrance but the recent scene swayed me a bit. Remember to support the author when possible.

First time I have played this love the interaction with Terrance & Ms Denvers, (Wanda) brillant animations and great story telling. So many different routes u can take, hats off to the Dev first class game.

This game has become the new standard for the whole "landlady / tenants" genre. The graphics are flawless, the female protagonist is perfection (and effortless grace), and the writing is strong enough to make a somewhat cliched story stand above the rest of the pack. However, where this game truly shines is in its depiction and development of interpersonal relations. Each character you meet has sufficient depth and complexity to make you pay attention to the dialogue, as well as Wanda's inner monologue about them. Everything matters. No character in this game truly feels one-dimensional, so when sexual tension starts to develop, it feels more interesting and grounded, especially when it's Wanda herself initiating or pursuing that attention. Watching her deal with her own taboo feelings is a true delight. Unlike other - and more popular games on this site (AWAM, for example), this game is not afraid of sexuality. Yes, there's a lot of teasing and slow-burn seduction, but once it reaches a point of no-return, boy does it ever deliver. And this is a very good sign of things to come. I'm particularly fond of Wanda's relation with Faye, one of her "tenants". It's difficult enough to find well-written female protagonist games, and it's damn near impossible to find such a sensual and emotionally satisfying depiction of lesbian love. That scene alone is 10/10. Furthermore, the game has plenty of paths and branches, which also make your choices feel consequential. In conclusion, this is a highly ambitious, gorgeously rendered, and meticulously written piece of "taboo" that seeks to elevate the genre and deliver something unique. And if none of those descriptions convince you to try this game, simply check out the renders. They're of the absolute highest quality, with exquisite attention to detail and an authentic cinematic vision. If you don't fall in love with Wanda by the end of it, you might be dead inside.
