Musumama 4 is a 2D CG adventure game made by ANIM Mother & Wife using the Others engine. It tells the story of Ryou, the protagonist who becomes sick on a hot summer day. His mother, Akiho, looks after him closely and shares his bed while he recovers. After this, Ryou starts thinking about her in a new way, unsure whether he simply enjoys being cared for or feels something stronger. One day, while struggling with those feelings, he pushes his mother down.
The game’s development is finished, and it was released on May 31, 2019. It runs on Windows and is available in Japanese, with an English fan translation. The adult content is censored with mosaics. This is a complete release.

On a hot summer day, Ryou falls ill with a bad cold. His worried mother, Akiho, takes great care of him and even sleeps along side of him, nursing him back to health. Ever since that day, Ryou has been conscious of his mother. Is it just because he wants to be pampered, or...? One day, while the protagonist was agonizing over his budding feelings, he pushed his mother down...!?
