About My Childhood Friend Was Stolen by Other Men on a Deserted Island
My Childhood Friend Was Stolen by Other Men on a Deserted Island is a Japanese adventure game made by Orthodox in RPG Maker, with 2D animated CG art. It tells a netorare story on a deserted island, where you can switch between Aoi P and the male protagonist P at any time. The female perspective shows direct cuckolding, while the male perspective shows it without awareness. A Cooperation Level parameter links the men’s intimate involvement to exploration and crafting, so neglecting it can worsen other activities.
The game is currently in development, with a v1.0 build released February 18, 2026. It runs on Windows in English and uses mosaics for censorship. During exploration, the heroine can be pressured into intimate encounters, and the men’s relationship with her changes as the story advances.
Developer's description
Switching Between Female and Male Perspectives In this game, you can switch between playable characters. If you want to see the perspective of being directly cuckolded, select Aoi P. If you want to see the perspective of being cuckolded without realizing it, select the Protagonist P. Spoiler You can switch perspectives at any time. In the Protagonist’s perspective, H-scenes are added to the flashback segments. Additionally, this game employs a “Cooperation Level” parameter; if the men are unable to engage in sexual acts, their Cooperation Level will drop, negatively affecting exploration, crafting, and other activities. So be sure to let them engage in sexual acts! During Exploration From the female perspective, the men will often try to coerce the heroine into sexual acts during exploration. Satisfy the men here to earn Coordination Points! Sex Scenes The men will gradually “develop” the heroine. At first, it might just be them playing around while she’s asleep, or simply groping her butt, but they’ll eventually pressure her into full-blown sex, and while the protagonist isn’t looking, their relationship will deepen rapidly… The protagonist has no choice but to accept it helplessly...
