My Girlfriend Fulfills My Netorase Dreams is a Ren'Py visual novel by Fanorase, using 2D CG and AI CG visuals. You play a male protagonist whose girlfriend is a childhood friend turned lover. She is cute and wonderful, but other men notice her, and your jealousy mixes with arousal. After you confess that feeling, the story follows her helping fulfill your netorare fantasies. The game uses a school setting and includes maid café events.
The current build is v0.4, released January 15, 2026 for Windows in English, with no censorship. Development is ongoing. This update adds six new scenes, including a school-alone scene, a weekend scene, two maid café events, and a Yuuji scene with confident or lenient variations. It also adds a Kanade interaction, a new Kanade sprite, and intensity paths for more or less intense netorase. An experimental phone system and a new main menu are included.

You try to stave off those thoughts. They aren't right. They aren't moral. But after she notices something's bothering you, she asks.
