About My Girlfriend Mizuki
My Girlfriend Mizuki is a Unity-built 3DCG adult game by Alex Nova where the player takes the role of Hiro, a university student who has harbored a crush on his girlfriend Mizuki since the third grade. Set at Hope University, the story follows Hiro's obsessive thoughts about Mizuki, including a recurring fantasy about other men pursuing her. Gameplay uses a day system in which the player chooses activities for each part of the day, with completed routes shaping the final outcome. The game includes multiple branching paths covering themes of cheating, humiliation, and female domination, with a special Red Rabbit route that introduces in-scene choices and multiple endings.
The current build is version 1.3, released on September 24, 2025 for Windows in uncensored English. Development remains active, with the latest update adding the Red Rabbit route alongside a revised prologue, confession scenes, and the first two nighttime Mizuki encounters. The update also restored manual playback to the video player, fixed cut-off content, introduced a history button, and added limited in-scene choice functionality. The messaging system now adjusts autoplay timing based on text length.
