My Girlfriend Mizuki you take control of Hiro who is in love with his Girlfriend Mizuki. He has this crush since the third grade and he is constantly thinking about her. They currently go to the same university called hope university. He thinks about her so much that he is constantly jacking off or cumming in his sleep. He also developed a kink where he would randomly daydream other men hitting on her or fucking her. The game features a day system where you select what you want to do each part of the day. You may end the game whenever you want and whatever routes you completed will change the ending. With the special Red Rabbit route choices are insides the scenes with multiple endings instead of the general ending. There is currently six netorase routes, two netorare routes, an exhibition sex route, and a humiliation route. The more routes you complete the spicier the ending!
