Raffaela can be as slutty as needy as possible, but emotionly belongs to the MC. Love line, remember? Looking forward to the next release. Keep it going!

Played through 0.6 and I love it. The story, the husband and wife and even the other men are fun characters. I appreciate a game that doesn't take itself too seriously and leans into the porn logic.

It's my favorite game; every evening when I get home from work, I check to see if there's an update. I'm so attached to it that I'd even be willing to play a fan remake version. I hope we get the game back soon. I think Raffaela symbolizes the woman hidden inside every man.

My Italian Slut Wife [v0.6] I almost dropped My Italian Slut Wife after the first few scenes involving the MC’s (default Doug ) friends, Erick , Bruce and Jim . After confessing his hotwifing kink to his wife Raffaella , she immediately transforms into a full-blown slut who won't step back from their agreement of teasing his friends. No buildup, no personality exploration, no gradual corruption. Adding insult to injury, his so-called friends openly hit on Raffaella right away and right in front of him. I mean, this practically redefines porn logic , right? As someone who appreciates at least a semi-believable setup, this was a real turn-off. What made me continue playing were two low-rated reviews that analyzed the game with unexpected seriousness regarding the depicted character behavior. For a VN that clearly shouldn’t be taken too seriously, I found those reviews rather amusing. And I’m glad I continued. Around Stacey’s (MC's ex-gf) introduction, the pacing finally clicked for me. The corruption slowed into something more engaging, new tension was introduced, and the route structure started to shine. The red (NTR) and blue (NTS) paths, along with their variations depending on player choices, create what feels like four routes. Credit to the developer for achieving that mostly through smart scene placement, textual adjustments, and rearranged h-scenes. There is no pure love route! The best you can get is a soft NTS route by denying her interactions with the others on the blue route. Even then, your wife still ends up getting fucked in her ass. There is no clear line between NTS and NTR - as the dev himself admitted. Whether that works depends entirely on your preferences. I didn't mind. The h-scenes, particularly the AI-enhanced animations, are very well done and supported by good moaning SFX. The narrative eventually becomes engaging enough to overlook the exaggerated character behavior and even forget about the awful start. Visually, though, there are clear weaknesses. Raffaella’s proportions were not to my liking, unnatural and with a butt and tits too large. The skin textures appear plastic, the specular maps could be better (too shiny and flat), and, ohhh God, the eyes completely lack life. tl;dr This AVN lacks believable corruption build-up and consistent character behavior, especially in the beginning, and instead feeds you over-the-top porn logic. Still, it’s surprisingly entertaining once it finds its pacing. Visually, I didn’t like the female model. Oversized breasts and butt significantly hurt her beauty. The skin needs improved textures, and the eyes need a rework to look alive again. This could easily be a five-star experience for me. As it stands, it’s only a ⭐⭐⭐⭐, and I’m curious how it develops further.

When I play NTR games I feel like a voyeur. This game, however, forces you into the role of the MC in a way I have never seen before. You aren't watching these events, they are happening to you. The gaslighting, betrayal and abuse start early and never let up. This game is more like kinky therapy then entertainment. If you can relate to the MC in your current life, you do not have a kink, you are the victim of abuse. If you can relate to the MC from your past life however, this game drags your psycho sexual traumas out of the closet and asks you to masturbate while it skull fucks them in front of you. It's bizarrely therapeutic. If you have had false friends, been cheated on, cheated on someone, been gaslit and lied to, or if you watched The Getaway far too young and Jennifer Tilly was branded onto your developing sexuality, this game might excite you. There is an element of danger here. Like the excitement of dragging your thumb across a knife edge, you can feel the keen sharpness, but don't press too hard or it will cut you.

To be honest the developer takes "the porn logic" concept to the limit, I had to switch off my brains a lot of times. So, to summarize this game is about a slut wife turning her husband (MC) into a willing cuck, brainwashing him into believing its all his fault, just don't expect high quality writing ...as the developer said he's not Shakespeare xD, but don't get me wrong I'ts not complete bullshit either, the renders are great, there are many hot scenes if you are into NTS/NTR, some AI animations are very well done, and there are even some "sparks" of good writing here and there , for example adding Stacy into the plot made it quite interesting in my opinion, I hope there's an ending that includes her. So, I'd give it a 7.5/10. It's a good score, considering that when it comes to NTR/NTS AVNs I prefer more "serious" setups.

Okay. Let's start by saying that my rating is subjective. I'm not a fan of NTR , probably because I always identify with the main character a bit, whether it's in the movies, books, or games/AVN. For NTR fans, this game is definitely worth at least four stars, if not five. But as I mentioned, NTR isn't my cup of tea. So, of course, I went the BLUE route, and my stomach still clenches. Okay, the reasons for my rating: 1. The model. She's not bad, but honestly, on a scale of 1-10, Rafaella is a six, sometimes a seven. Too "fluffy" for my liking. 2. The friends. If any of my friends acted like Bruce, Tom, and Eric did when Doug introduced his WIFE to them for the first time (and later as well), they would each get a punch in the face and a kick in the nuts, and then I would delete them from my friends list. The MC gave in like a typical looser/cuckold. 3. Rafaella behaves like a complete whore from the very beginning. During the prologue, I wanted to turn the game off a dozen times, feeling a strong urge to vomit. Well, this isn't the NTS path, but NTR / CUCKOLDING . After the Morpheus/Neo moment, i.e., after choosing the Blue Path , not much has changed. Rafaella, despite repeatedly establishing the rules with her husband, still does whatever she pleases, and then apologizes with an innocent face and assuring her undying love and devotion to her husband, with no intention of changing things. Doug constantly behaves like a wimp and cuckold, not even having a say in his wife's games with her friends (despite assurances that if he doesn't like anything, he can stop the action at any time). For an NTS path, we basically plays a softer version of NTR on the player the entire time. Hence my low rating. Contrary to the developer's claims, this isn't an NTR / NTS game, but NTR / Soft NTR . There is no path in this game. You either join B ruce + Friends or its Bruce alone which makes it closer to NTS by Bruce perspective not by mc. The Missing Tag: Humiliation is an extreme, polarizing niche. Omitting a specific disclaimer for it is a major oversight. The Bait and Switch: If the description had been honest about the focus on degradation and lack of agency, I would have simply passed on this title. Bottom Line The adorable character model and initial tease are a trap; the game only gets worse. I kept playing hoping the pathetic Main Character would finally grow a spine, but he never does. By the end, I hated him as much as the antagonists. Avoid this game unless you specifically seek out degradation without payoff.

I had some issues at the start of the game, but really enjoyed it when the paths split and we had more control and choices over everything, until this last update when it went down the drain. Everything became kinetic, Choices pretty much went away, NTR is bleeding through to the blue path with Jacuzzi and somewhat couch scene in .6. And just other things, I didn't agree that the wife could have fun with certain people. Just all that control taken away, forced cheating or sharing, felt kinetic. I really enjoyed this game up till then, if the dev ever goes back and fixes it, I would be happy to remove or change my rating. Till then, a solid game, that turned terrible due to choices and control being taken away and NTR seeping through. It's a shame.

Great game if you like the genre. Models look great (There are not many which is the main reason why i cut a single star), scenes and animations are really good and buildup towards them are really hot. Writing is good, sound effects and musics are good. Basically it has good foundations. My main complaints are choices don't mean much and roster is a bit limited.

This is one of the most interesting NTR/NTS projects on this page right now. Im pending between 4- and 5 stars, but fuck it, let's just give 5. I really like the art and the the character models (maybe except Erick, I hate ugly bastard tropes). Amount of content should entertain for couple of hours currently. I still think some things could use some improvement though: - Sound and Audio. There is audio in the game, but it could be implemented more consequently. Some lewd scenes do have sound, some don't. (Lewd) sounds are very important in NTR/NTS games imo, so its a bit sad there is quite a few muted sequences. - Microwriting and execution of H-scenes. Especially later on when things get a bit spicier, some scenes could have benefited from greater length and detail. - Premise and story: I do like the story/premise within its obv. porn-logic setup. One thing I don't understand is the whole "Italian" thing. Love and all to my fellow italian brothers and sisters, but I do not speak italian and I think the wife being Italian and permanently spamming all those Italian phrases along with speaking/moaning in Italian does NOT add anything positive at all for the game. I think a simple "My Slut Wife" instead of "My Italian Slut Wife" would have been better. - While there is different paths (NTR / NTS) in the game, I think there might be some room for improvement here aswell: 1. The NTR route seems to auto-develop in NTS later on. Why? I think the path of the wife cheating without her knowing that MC is actually into it adds to the tension and fits better in the NTR setting. At least I'ld prefer to have the choice to NOT let her find out that MC is a cuckold. 2. I'ld have liked to have some more femdom / soft humiliation options on the NTS route, maybe even some connected sub-kinks like forced bi, pegging, sph or even sissification. Whole NTS route feels a bit too vanilla and the writing too harmless for my taste. - Corruption. The speed in which the wife falls for Bruce and the boys feels a bit too fast, especially on NTR route. I generally would have liked to have more and better expressed corruption in the game, like the good old "she thinks she didn't want to, but now that she tried she can't stop and falls more and more for the other guy(s)"- angle. As for content, the game offers a surprisingly generous amount . There is plenty to explore , with enough scenes, routes, or variants (depending on how you play) to keep you entertained for a long time. You get both quality and quantity , delivering far more than just a short run-through. Overall, this is a visual novel that truly excels in the area that matters most to it: the visuals . Everything else quietly does its job in the background, letting the art take center stage while still offering a full, satisfying package of content.

This game is really grotesque. The plot, the art, the situation, nothing really makes sense even for a porn logic. The dev decided to put a lot of "sex interactions" (quantity) but absolutely no quality. Sex interaction are just random of couple of images put to simulate some wanna be sex scene. Great ntr/nts game with a self aware mc and fmc that discovered a side of themselves unknow till now and went full steam ahead. I tried the red route for now and i'm already a fan. The events are really hot and the narrative doesn't get too dark.

It's good but not that good. You have a beautiful sexy and very sensual wife and your 'friends' are all after a piece of her tail, all of which you are aware of. Ok. first of all Friends they are not, they don't care about you or your feelings, they will all fuck your wife given any chance. The MC is aware of all that's happening except that he doesn't even try to keep his wife to himself nor does he leave the cheating ho to her fate, which is to be creamed over and over by the dickheads. I guess it's close to the 1970s italian sexy and farcical movies that i watched when I was a spotty teen. Edwige Fenech and Gloria Guida, Laura Antonelli ....etc. It's not even on par with some of the other NTR VNs on this site, however it's slick, the FMC is gorgeous, art style is adequate,and the writing although full of mistakes, is often on point but lots of times too much, like serious WoT. I'm not sure how this game is rated so highly. Both paths (NTS and NTR), outside of some dialogue changes are pretty much the same within a plot that doesn't make much sense. Even if you want to convince said audience this is porn logic, the constant whining and I'm almost about to fight attitude (especially towards the POS Erick) from the MC gets old very quick. It's pretty ridiculous how these so-called friends of Doug (the MC) pull off all their weird touching/groping towards his wife, Raffaella as pranks. In addition, they at times, manage to convince Rafaela to side against her husband for calling out the disrespect they exhibit towards Doug (More so in the NTR route). It's very inconsistent how often choices are presented to us, the players, to choose that we clearly don't like the sexual acts, Doug (the MC) ignores the decision(s) and may/may not fall deeper into his cuckold fantasy. Yes, the MC gets turned on by seeing his wife teasing his friends, which is established pretty early on, but Rafaela constantly goes out of her way to act on her own lust without first confirming how far Doug is comfortable with her going with his friends (Jim, Bruce, and Erick). Are they in this together or not? It's bad enough that Raffaella can't stop mentioning Bruce every other sentence, but if she's living out these fantasies for our sake (supposedly), why can't just respect our decisions to hold back? It's a back and forth of seeing Raffaella hold back on teasing our riva-friends or going beyond teasing (handjobs, assjobs, mouth full of cum/tasting other men's cum, etc). Again, why can't these character's behaviors be consistent? Now, the reason I'm giving it a two is Raffaella is a gorgeous model, and there's a good amount of sex scenes present in both routes. Additionally, as I mentioned earlier, there are moments where the teasing scheme/decisions between Doug and Raffaella are respected and communicated, and the story is a lot more intriguing because of that shared mindset. Nor would I recommend this game to someone who is looking for coherent writing (check the main page, the author warns you). I am confused about the other reviews talking about amazing story and dialogues. The dev himself mentioned it's just full of porn logic. And that's exactly what the game is. The best NTR/NTRS game on the site, with Long Story Short probably coming in second. It would be great if the developer released it on Steam. The blue path offers a near-perfect blend of control and voyeurism. I wish the hero could openly participate in the events, too.
