My Loyal Wife is an adult Ren'Py visual novel by NTR MANIAC, shown with 3D CG and animated scenes. You play the man in a devoted couple after a virus has left very few women alive. They face severe sacrifices for humanity’s survival, and player decisions steer the tale toward NTR or NTS routes. The premise centers on cheating, strain, and a darker shift in their bond.
Development remains ongoing, and the current build is v0.7.5 NTS, released July 8, 2026. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, in English, with no censorship. This latest update is NTS path only, adding 305 renders, 12 animations, a new Slavic character named Boris, story progression with him, and the couple’s first planned step with someone new together.
