My Slow Life with the Princess Knight and Her Devoted Handmaiden

Given the setup of this title is that the protagonist purchases two slaves, not only is it incredibly vanilla, but it's absolutely too vanilla. Our adventuring protagonist has been recently betrayed by his party. However, the tables turn slightly in his favor as he's a somewhat more cautious adventurer and survives their betrayal. The rest of his party is left dead and he manages to survive with a decent amount of a dragons treasure. However, he's left in a state where he's unable to fully care for himself. As such, he begrudgingly goes to purchase a slave, any slave will do, as they are magically made to never be able to betray him and are unable to disobey any orders. Knowing our protagonist has these riches he brought back from a dragons den, the slave trader upsells our protagonist. A captured handmaiden and the princess she served. What follows is basically zero story. Our protagonist had no intention of keeping any slave beyond the point of his recovery, and makes this clear to his new purchases. No one seems particularly interested in investigating where the princess has gone, nor who has purchased her. Both women fall almost immediately in love with the protagonist. We get presented with a few scene choices, and then the two are released. Overall, the scenes are nice, but far too static for how long they are drawn out. Nothing of particular interest happens with the story, which makes the drawn out scenes feel even longer. I don't complain about it being so vanilla, but the fact that nothing happens along the way to keep things interesting, despite the fact these two slaves should invite some narrative conflicts is a huge letdown. Their origin proves virtually pointless beyond the initial buying price. It's fine for people interested in such a vanilla story, though even then, we could have at least dropped it down to a single heroine or at least have the option to completely leave the princess pure by the end. Lots of wasted potential, spread far too thin, with limited choices and (from what I can tell) no meaningful branching.

Art's nice, but the writing leaves a lot to be desired. Despite the two main heroines being sold as slaves to the protagonist, and were wary of him taking advantage of them sexually, it was literally the first day when one of them has sex with him, and the day after for the other. The sex scenes are also needlessly long, and it does the annoying thing of the protagonist having an endless number of orgasms to give. Getting back to the non-sexual aspects of the story, the protagonist is allegedly crippled, but was able to walk the entire distance from his home to the slave auction unaided, but required physical support on the way back, and he's only suffering pain from his injuries where the story necessitates it, but is otherwise perfectly fine doing things (like the excessive sex marathons).

⠀⠀⠀Kind of mediocre short kinetic visual novel here. Now there are choices (4, to be exact), but they are all "do you want the next sex scene to happen with a Girl A or a Girl B". While there is nothing particularly wrong with the plot and characters for this type of smut fiction, it's pretty "safe" and offers no excitement. ⠀⠀⠀What was a total letdown for me are the scuffed sex scenes which are just a single shaking JPEG , albeit with voice acting and SFX . It's not just porn, lots of story-related scenes feature no CG and are only described with text. If you offer such limited visuals, then to compensate, your writing better be a literary masterwork, which this obviously isn't. Such lazy approach ain't gonna cut it in this economy. playtime: less than 2 hours

Ponder between 3 and 4 stars, but i'll be generous. There's some aspects worth mentioning, which doesn't make sense to me and are difficult to let by. - Art: to start with the first thing coming on sight. Can't say anything less than amazing. And to be fair very realistic and detailed. Kinda unfortunate, there wasn't some special effects, magic, or fancy locations, which is probably expected of medieval thematic game. The main focus is on the heroines all the time and there's some charm on them. - MC: I liked his writing. He's a good man, generous, courteous, brave. During adventure and after betrayal, he will suffer from almost grave physical injury which will leave him in long healing process and difficulties to dealing with all of his daily chores on his own. Even so he thought how assistance will help for his recovery. That's why he visited the city's slave trader, where the narration get a little strange on the realistic side... - Story / gameplay / heroines: War is going on between the kingdom he lives in and the neighboring kingdom. The story begins right at the moment when the neighboring kingdom after betrayal is crushed and enslaved. By visiting the local slave trader, he will be presented with the best right from the get go... the captured enemy kingdom's royal housemaid and her misterious companion. Since the royal maid threaten to take her own life if the two are separated, they go as pair. Even that hint somehow go unnoticed that her companion is no other, than the enemy's kingdom eldest princess, even more. She actually served as her kingdom army's commander. As all of that will be revealed to the MC at some point. How she remain unrecognized after that being said? Well, with her look and how she act, she's definitely not going in character as knight for me, but let's get going. Another non-sense in the game is how calm and unbothered the two are. Considering a few days ago they lost everything... their kingdom, their families and beloved which died in the fight, their freedom. -Sex scenes: There's a huge amount of them, considering the game is only a few hours playthrough. The scenes are driven from obligation towards the MC at first as gradually they transfer into one of care and love. Their voice actings during the scenes wasn't among the spectaculars i heard, but it's decent. Well, honestly the medieval thematic, the art style and the bigger sex scenes amount is doing it for me, but i wish the game was more within it's story and voice acting.

It's sort of a nice, male fan service, power fantasy game like so many others here. It does have good writing though and a decent male MC. So, I guess, it's done well enough for the intended target group. If you want a somewhat shallow, feel-good game, where you can be a hero and have two women, you have power over, pine after you, go for it. Note though, that the art is used VERY sparingly. The H scenes are literally one slide each and there's little else.

well its from Waffle so you can guess how they'll handle a VN like this. if you haven't read any Waffle VN then I'll say they're really good at slow burns. the story is very simple. you purchased two slaves that after said slow burn they eventually warm up to you. really I don't think there's much more to say. expect lots of comfy moments while dowsing yourself in slow burn.

Pretty short game, but it is pretty comfy. The main premise itself isn't anything special, but the comfy story made me feel all fuzzy and nice after I'm done playing. The soundtrack is chill and I wouldn't mind listening to it on loop while I go about my days. The art was pretty good, kind of funny how many thought it was A.I generated.

I love this game. It is exactly what it says on the tin. Youre some decent guy that happens to save two girls from total misery when they are at their lowest. And watching them go from two distant girls that are just happy they dont get abused for the moment, (the spoiler is what you think it is) Spoiler: story you probably already guessed to friends (and lovers) that genuinely trust the MC was really good. This extends to the two girls. They go from master and servant to close friends. . It also lacks the "rapist MC slowly has feelings for the girls after abusing them for a long time" stuff that most of these kinds of stories have. The art is also amazing. I love the secondary lighting added to their eyes which makes them seem multicolored and alive. The art also just looks great in general and there are a variety of sex poses. The coloring is good too. I saw a few people say it looks like AI art, but they're just wrong. It uses soft shading that's also used in AI art, but unlike AI art it isnt the result of just mixing together a million different images until all the shading methods blend together. It is used with purpose and makes the girls look soft and squishy. There are a few problems i have with the game. The choices feel pretty tacked on, and the extra endings (a generous way of calling them that) arent worth the choices. I much rather have them just put all the choices in sequence so it becomes one kinetic novel story (instead of click option 1 to see one girl's scene, then load and click option 2 to see another girl, just first how me 1, then 2). The game has some threesome scenes, but they are pretty rare. At least it has both girls being active in the scenes, rather than just 1 girl being fucked while the other waits off-screen. But I would love to see more of that. The first sex scene also feels like its a bit of an obligation to the girls (the MC doesnt force himself on them) rather than first establishing they love eachother. My guess is that its done to get the first sex scenes in faster, but it would be nice if MC told the girls he didnt want to have sex with them unless there were romantic feelings involved. I also dont like how the girls have makeup around their eyes that gives them puffy eyelids, I know its some new asian style, but I dont like it in real life, and i dont like it here either. Now, with those cons, you might wonder, why 5*? Well, it does so many things right I can easily forgive them for the few minuses. If you want top tier art, a nice wholesome story, and some threesome scenes in which both girls actually participate, you cannot find anything. Well, now there is a game that gives you just that, and thats worth 5*.
