About Naedoko Demon's Slayers

Naedoko Demon's Slayers is the third Naedoko (Nursery Bed) game, an adult 2D adventure built in RPGM by Tsukinomizu Project. You play Hotaru, a reluctant heroine whose cursed womb strengthens her and her offspring by producing demons and other monsters. The story follows her around Lake Shiramizu, where the black demon Shouki and its spawn ravage the region. Pregnancy is central to gameplay, because Hotaru must become pregnant to unlock power against this threat. The presentation uses 2D CG artwork and includes fantasy, humor, and adult content tied to monster births.

The current build is v1.01, released on October 23, 2026. It runs on Windows and is provided in English, using an edited AI translation with Claude Opus 5.5 and 4.8. The game is censored with mosaic.

Developer's description

Third entry into the Naedoko (Nursery Bed) Series which follows the journey of Hotaru around Lake Shiramizu. Reluctant as she is, her cursed womb makes herself and her offspring stronger by birthing demons, monsters and alike. Only someone like her may beat the Shouki, a black demon which devastates the region alongside its spawn. Expect a lot of extreme interspecies and lesbian sex as well as pregnancy as central game mechanic. To unleash her power, Hotaru has to be pregnant after all.
