When No Mercy went viral in 2025, that's how I found out about AVN. Before this I had no idea such videogames even existed. The timing for this couldn't be better, I was annoyed the gaming AAA space has been too safe in recent years and stopped giving us sexy females, on top of covering them completely - at least in the west. Long are the days we had some naked tits showing on the big TV screen playing Playstation, eh? I was amazed by No Mercy. The graphics were way better than anything I could imagine from a adult videogame. I need to thank Zerat, it was because of his work that I got into AVNs. Of course it going viral for dumb reasons helped, but if it wasn't this good I would just laugh and move on. A year later, I can say I played countless AVNs. All the popular ones, some newer ones, some less known ones. I can safely say now, No Mercy remains the best one I have played. The graphics and art style is just better. Nicole is the prettiest girl in AVN history for me. Also her body proportions makes sense unlike most AVNs females. It's just more cinematic and immersive than everything else. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. The impact of this AVN is tremendous. I heard it made platforms more aware of their TOS and made things more complicated for AVN devs. At the same time, it made this genre of videogames way more popular, bringing in a wave of new players who, like me, got into it after hearing about the controversy and wanting to try it out. Lastly, I been following the thread and have been waiting for an update as Zerat has given us signs he's working on it - it was supposed to release in january this year. It's April already and nothing came out, but I'm still waiting for it. Thank you again Zerat for this great piece of art. Cheers
I thought this game and playstyle was very interesting. I think the small and consistent road map was a good choice but would have loved to be able to make more choices and more scenes. But sadly one can not get everything in life.
I was intrigued by the blackmail dynamic and decent looking characters, hoping there would be a way to ultimately seduce Nicole and turn her on your side, but no, the game is pretty much a forceful rape fantasy. The forced rape scenes are not the only reason for 2 stars. The MC is unlikable asshole, the writing is barely understandable, and the H-animations are the worst I've seen in any VN ever. I would have rather played without animations at all rather than this. The worst thing about the game is that the dialogue options appear to give the player an option to avoid forced rape stuff, but if you choose to follow the "gentle" dialogue options you'll just miss out on H-scenes. During some scenes, YOU WILL BE FORCED TO ENGAGE IN FORCED SEX REGARDLESS OF YOUR DIALOGUE CHOICES.
The heroine doesn't look like a milf at all. With her thin body and a short hair at best she looks like a wife in her late twenties. Aunt looks more milfy but her CGs are not that great. Despite the ability to modify player's relationship with the heroine it's a typical case of a landlady vn - a story written in such a way that no matter how you named her (teacher, step-mother, landlady...) it will make sense, but at the same time the dev-author cut anything that defines her as any of the above. Lots of choices (close to a hundred). Some of which have no impact on anything, others stack up one of the three stats - domination, lust, love. To get a certain scene or reach a desired ending you need to get a required number of stats. Very confusing choice for a linear vn with a simple plot. A combination of 3-4 choices would be enough. The sex scenes are very short (around 15-30 seconds). Usually they consist of two 4 seconds animation loops chained together and a few static images mixed in between.
Decent looking game with excellent animation When i found this game i didn't know about its difficult fate. But i'm not about it. It starts strangely with awful zoom on the low resolution texture of floor, then you watch awful animation of car movement. I thought it was the first iteration of ai and wanted to drop instantly. But something keeps me there. Realistically looking girls, not a bad writings, many choices with different outcomes. As a result i replayed it many times for all achievements and scenes. I didn't make it with badik, chasing sunsets and other more popular games. Visual and graphics It's not perfect but overall it has great level of execution. Animation Also not perfect and even awful in places but i never see in games something so smooth and realistic. It's not polished with strange movements of torso speed yeah but looks like motion capture. Sound Everything good and proper. Text, dialogues Interesting plot, good dialogues. There is no unnecessary verbiage. Maybe some chapters are too short but it depends on your choices and you won't get bored. Gameplay, replayability I replayed many times for all scenes and achievements and i don't like to make it in other games. Make your own conclusions. Some choices are not intuitive clear like choose many times same option or action. Mini game with tickets = savescum for money. Conclusion It's almost 5/5 but needs to be polished. It's interesting, good and realistically looking avn but it has disadvantages to remove one star.
A few things drag this game down, but I won't harp on as other people have mentioned them too. There is one thing that really irked me, enough that I paused playing to come here and put it in a review before I forgot. It might just be me, but gods above, am I tired of choices that appear on your screen with a fucking time limit for NO reason other than to be annoying. Or tasks that have no reason to be time-limited attempts at minigames, ESPECIALLY if you are playing on Easy Mode entirely for the ability to SKIP minigames. Why put these nonsensical, random time-limits there other than to be annoying? They serve no story purpose, they literally are ONLY there to annoy. And there's several of them, what a useless design choice. Onto the models. It seems like effort was only put into about three models, the rest are quite frankly...off-putting. From looking like 92yr old barely human faces with somehow 40yr old bodies, to people you're supposed to believe are teens, but look 30, the quality of models is all over the fucking place here, outside of the three "main" characters.
3/5. Pros: Good animation, graphics, and good looking girls, love the sex scennes. Cons: mild NTR, almost nonexistent story, and yeah a high key rape. Completing time: roughly 2:15 hours. Overall if you love all the kinks listed there, id recommend. The game just isn't for me and lacks a lot of depth (yeah I know its AVN but still)
Not gonna lie the game is kinda ass in therms of story writing, like i personally think in some parts, the character could easily be already having sexual relationship with her but again my personal opinion, visuals are alright, but honestly there is not much to do once the game is finished, more things could be add but i doubt the devs of the game would do a new version after all the media backlash, like for exemple you really can't do much with the money, but that money could be used to bring nicole and other characters for a date, or to just use it in random events or minigames, like honestly the game have potential, but is not like it would be exploited by the devs. Anyway all that internet movement to cancel the devs was totally unnecessary and unprovoked, it pretty much killed the game but i don't know maybe one day they will come back to continue the game.
I just finished the game, unlocked all the achievements like the obsessive person I am, hahaha (even the two secret ones), and I have to say I haven't been this entertained since I played "Rick and Morty: Another Way Back Home." I have to say I would have liked a bit more freedom with the choices, although of course, well-written linear stories don't bother me at all, quite the opposite. Hmmm, maybe it felt a little short, only seven chapters, and the issue with the skills you can acquire certainly falls short; only the first one you get in the game is used, the other two are pretty much wasted... but I have to admit that being an original story, there's a certain level of writing. The endings and the secret of the character in the picture will blow more than one person's mind, hahaha, I didn't expect that extra bad ending at all. Anyway, I certainly hope to see more from the author, either in another game or in some additional update he wants to make for this one. It's good for passing the time, although as I mentioned, it's a bit short.
what can i say. i didnt come into this expecting to really enjoy the game. i searched F95Zone on twitter, saw the controversy of this game, which is completely unfounded, as the "movement" makes it sound like a rape simulator. and its really not. there are fuck ton more darker games on this site. and this hardly scrapes that barrel with dark stuff. i played this expecting some dark deranged content, and sure there are a few "dark" scenes, but its player agency, that part is upto you. this game surprised me with its story, and the insane quality of its animations paired with excellent SFX. i will say, if not for the amazing sounds, i dont think the sex scenes would stand out as much as they do. dont get me wrong, the animations are some of the best ive ever seen in this genre of games. on this site even, but paired with the amazing sounds, sex scenes are a 9/10. solid. the story is a 7/10 too, its captivating enough to not warrant me skipping to sex scenes, to fully immerse myself into this story, but its also not anything to scream home about either. but even then, its still a solid piece of writing to keep me engaged the entire time. however, that aside i will note some bad spelling, or what came across as broken english in some sections. which at times you can figure out what its meant to say, but sometimes its clear theres an incorrect word or a typo that leaves you guessing. those proof readers didnt do a good enough job lol. however, even then its not a consistent issue, just every now and again. but yeah i went in expecting a rape sim, but it wasnt a rape sim at all. but a twisted story of morals, drug issues, taboo relationships, with ultimate player agency to allow you to dictate on how far you go, whether youre gonna be dark and a dick or sweet. thats upto you. the ironic thing is, id of never discovered this game without the twitter shit. but yeah, top tier game. id of loved if this had sandbox exploration and a sandbox gameplay loop. not in terms of grind, but being able to stay in the world past the story finishing, and being able to re-interact with characters to get certain scenes again. but yeah, try this, its good
Good renders, and good story, with choices that matter. The only thing I can criticize this game for is the ending, it seems really rushed, Spoiler like how did we get free from our dad finding out, how come our mother just went along with it after we tortured her and black mailed her? We also could have seen the endings for the other characters if we had more chapters. But I like how the story plays out till chapter 7 and I love how your decisions matter all throughout the process.
This game is good, I liked the way it didnt portrait the protagonist as the last man on earth where every girl stays with him no matter what he does. The story is okay for a smut game. It's crazy that this game got that much attention tho, crazy that there's ppl that dont understand fiction.
Summary. Realistically, it is a 4/5, but giving a 5/5 because it has a unique factor that I've never seen before, and that unique factor is how interactive and immersive the sex scenes are in this game. I'd like to have more games adapt this level of quality in the sex scene department. Also, play with the walkthrough mod, otherwise there are missable scenes and content, and it's not worth wasting time going through the game multiple times. Details. I haven't played that many games yet (<30 so far), but I've never seen a 3d game sex scenes with this much interactive-ness and immersive-ness. Never knew Visual Novels can have this much immersion in the sex scene department. Especially the last one with Nicole, that was perfect. Also the entire game there were plenty of POV sex scenes and also close up scenes that were very well done and helped with immersion greatly. It's a damn shame that this level of scenes aren't more common in other games, even the top tier games don't have this level of quality in the sex scene department. Now, pros and cons. Pros. Sex scenes. Main Love Interest (Nicole) is very beautiful, one of the top 10 I've ever seen. (helps with immersion) Some environmental design is well done. Spoiler (the balcony one at the start of episode 3 or 4 I think, that was moody and incredible, loved the vibe) Cons. Ugly male mc and his father. (breaks the immersion a little) Spoiler why did Nicole marry the father, he looks like shit Spoiler Nicole's younger version doesn't look that good, and doesn't even look that much like her. 20% of the story is good, 40% is mediocre, 40% is garbage. Rushed ending, should've had at least 3 more chapters, Spoiler we just got to know Nicole, what the fuck dude, give us more time with her. Gameplay is sometimes annoyingly complex (for not a lot of good reason). There are missable content which is just there to force you to reply the game, but it wasn't executed well. Spoiler Especially the Nicole Scenes shouldn't have been missable. P.S. I personally think this game works better if you actually consider Nicole as "Stepmom", and not "Mom", because she looks way too young to be his mom, and looks way prettier than the MC. No way she birthed that ugly goblin.
On of the best storyline i ever played even if it's little bit too short and could be longer next time. Animations also on high level. I hope we will get more games like this one in the near future. 10/10 game with choices which are not only choices for choices but they really change something

No Mercy is a controversial visual novel made by ZeratGames with a myriad of branching paths and points to track. This is a hard game to unlock the full scope of its content. Many decisions made will only reverb later, requiring a walkthrough if you want to get everything as efficiently as possible. The protagonist is a young adult sociopath that knows about his mother’s escapades and threatens to ruin her marriage if she doesn’t submit. The game’s entire focus is on the mother, but there is also a pinch of other girls to act upon as well. The game is divided into quite short chapters filled with secrets and many choices that have big consequences. With the proper relationship points you get multiple scenes that are moderately well animated using a few, although, very well made models. The story is competently written and laser-focused on a couple of days, ignoring any world-building or parallel situations. Its short scale doesn’t leave much to ruin, but it was made with proper attention to detail and progress, with a few exceptions of unexpected reactions probably because of the many different outcomes every scene has. Besides that, the 1.03 version still has a couple of errors in dialog that should have been ironed out already. This game in particular became famous after a group of women from Collective Shout Australia decided to raise arms against it because of its themes, demanding it to be censored and removed from many platforms. This group is composed of the same kind of people that made Fifty Shades of Gray (a very bdsm book) one of the most profitable pieces of literature in human history. The debacle is obviously ridiculous, for this game’s themes and scenes are not nearly as wild as the vast majority of games of this genre or any other genre. For some reason, videogames about mowing down random people with guns is less offensive to certain groups of hypocrites than treating a woman badly. In short, every time a group that calls themselves the good guys in favor of censorship, you can immediately disregard their opinion. Overall it's not a phenomenal game that hits its marks on all aspects proposed, but it should be considered far above the average visual novel.
Liked that if you want to dominate the main charachter you can without making her anime mindbreak that many games make. Side girls were pretty too. So many male domination games either makes the girls become bimbo. Or, turn the story into love affair even if you want to play a corrupt storyline [ A mother's love for example]. As such, I liked that I can play only the corruption and domination storyline that i want. Perfect meal as people say.
No Mercy [v1.03a] It’s always refreshing to play a completed VN – far too many projects get abandoned. It’s also been a while since I’ve played something in this genre from the perspective of a male protagonist. The main themes here are MILF, blackmail, harassment and male domination. A single playthrough takes about three hours. Despite the controversy this VN has stirred in forums, I didn’t find the actions of the main character excessively cruel – even on the “No Mercy” route. If anything, the cruelty is more psychological than physical. That said, I still struggled to accept the story and the MC’s behavior. While reading, I kept thinking: “No sane person would ever tolerate this.” The fact that the MC himself is, at best, an average-looking guy didn’t help either – I couldn’t connect with him at all. Even if I accept him as a villain, I still need some kind of understandable motivation to empathize with or at least comprehend his role. A shallow mix of “she’s hot” and “oh, she cheated on my father, I caught it on video, now I can blackmail her” just isn’t enough. Overall, character development is the weakest part of this VN. Gameplay involves making many choices that lead to one of three main endings – with some subtle variations depending on your path. Especially on “Hard Mode,” it’s rarely clear what the outcome of a decision will be. This unpredictability, however, gives the VN replay value, since additional playthroughs can reveal new scenes or alternative text passages. Visually, the renders are top-notch. Scenes are beautifully composed, the female characters are attractive, and the supporting assets are well chosen. The music and sound effects complement the atmosphere without drawing too much attention. Where this VN truly shines – and I’ve played quite a few – is in the animations. They look natural, fluid, and consistently engaging. Sex positions, locations, and the attention to detail during the intimate acts feel unique and are impressively executed. Top marks here. Because I couldn’t immerse myself in the story or connect with the MC, I can only give it 4 stars. Still, if you’ve got a strong stomach and can handle cruel, degrading language and scenarios, this VN is absolutely worth checking out.
The game looks really good. The hard mode is actually kinda fun. Scenes are hot. The story isn't that great and kind of annoying. I still like the game though, it's mostly a power fantasy. You can do love route or dom route. Both are fun. Game is good in my opinion.
