NTR is an adult RPG made by Maddesu96 with RPG Maker, presented in a 2D style using CG artwork and animated scenes. You play as Jhony, a young man who needs money to settle his parents’ debt. He unexpectedly meets a girl he liked at school, and she gives him work guarding her family’s mansion, a place affected by strange and mysterious events. Inside, he also faces the school bully from his past, and he must uncover the mansion’s secrets while protecting himself. Its themes include netorare, cheating, and pregnancy.
The current build is v1.2a, released on October 3, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows in English and is uncensored. The latest update focuses on the Harumi and Oyakodon route, refines grammar and dialogue from earlier versions, and adds a significant amount of new CGs. It also includes more than eight new animated scenes and pregnant content.
