Nyamiko Wants To Poop! is a 2D adult game by unoruto, using the RPGM engine and 2DCG visuals. You help Nyamiko, a monster girl who urgently needs to poop after a long time. The aim is to get her to a park restroom, though the situation can be handled without using a toilet.

The current build is v1.0, released December 2, 2024, for Windows. It supports English, Japanese, and Korean, and is uncensored. The game includes multiple endings and exhibitionist themes.

Developer's description

She is having a bowel movement for the first time in a long time, and she can't stand it. Let's head to the park restroom as soon as possible and let her poop. You don't have to use the toilet as long as you can poop.
