About Otome Kishi ♥ Ima Sugu Watashi o Dakishimete
This adult game by ensemble SWEET uses the Others engine and 2D CG artwork. You play Ayato, who lived in Germany with his twin older sister Saaya. She admired Japan and hoped to attend school there. When she was accepted for study abroad, her frail constitution made her sick before the trip. To preserve the offer, Ayato goes in her place, then realizes the school is an ojou-sama academy and he must dress as a girl. The story combines romance with a school setting in Japan and a disguised protagonist.
The current build is v1.0, released on April 26, 2019, and available for Windows. The English version is a fan translation, and the game is censored with mosaics throughout the adult scenes.
Developer's description
Ayato lived together with his twin older sister Saaya in Germany. Saaya had always admired Japan and dreamed of one day attending school there. So, when she got the opportunity to study abroad in Japan, he gave her his full support and was happy for her when she was accepted. However, she had a frail constitution and became sick before she could travel. It would take a while for her to recover completely, so he decided to pretend to be her and go in her place so that the offer to study abroad would not be rescinded. Afterwards he realized that he did not completely think things through, as the school that he would now be attending is an ojou-sama school and that he would need to dress up as a girl!
