Pac-8 is a lewd parody game by Hex Dev Games, built in Unity. It presents a 3D, 3DCG look. The characters are based on Minus8's Pacman. The player is a man who gathers pac-dots while dodging ghosts. Getting a powerup lets him catch ghosts for adult surprises. The game is set in a fantasy world with monster girls. The basic play combines simple movement with ghost encounters, and each encounter can lead to a scene. The ghosts are described as lovely.
The current build is v0.5.0a, released February 24, 2026. Development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, is written in English, and is uncensored. The latest update added more adult scenes and fixed a bug where Clyde's mountain level played the wrong lose animation.
