Paizuri Hazard is a 2D adult side-scroller made by Zuripai works using the Others engine. You play Millie, an ex-military woman trying to escape a quarantined city during an apocalypse. Zombies, monsters, and outlaws keep pressing her for sexual attention, while her past hints at a conspiracy. The presentation uses animated CG art, and the story is told through scattered clues rather than a long narrative.
The current build is v1.01, released on October 31, 2023, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows and is available in English and Japanese. The content is censored with mosaics. The game includes many animated sequences, a status screen that records Millie's first encounter, total sexual encounters, and who participated, and two endings tied to how many encounters she has. It can also be completed without any sexual encounters, though no reward is currently given for that.

An apocalypse themed paizuri only game! Millie, a titfuck virgin (who is secretly obsessed with tittyfucks), will do her best to escape from the city! Along the way, she encounters zombies, monsters, and outlaws. And they all want paizuri... Being an ex-military has it's perks (like having a gun), but for some reason she wasn't pulled out, leaving her to stay in the quarantine. Conspiracy?.. P.S: There isn't much story told, but you can figure out a storyline from bits and pieces. Spoiler: Features Game features many animations! 20 paizuri animations! All with much variation and exclusively intramammary ejaculations. A status screen showing your first time, total paizuri, who titfucked Millie and how many times. Whole city is paizuri crazed. Even if Millie isn't titfucked, depictions of boobs are everywhere. Possible to complete as a paizuri virgin. There's no reward for it... yet. 2 endings (at the moment) that are directly related to the amount of paizuri Millie had.
