Parasitic Evil is an adult adventure horror game made by R's with Unity. It uses animated CG visuals and follows survivors after a disaster brings them into a hospital linked to strange research. Although they survive the ordeal, deranged transformations begin, and they must escape a facility that threatens to wear down their minds and bodies.
The current build is v3.08, dated September 5, 2024, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows in English and is uncensored. The update history lists v3.08 after v2.18 and v2.07, the initial release.
Developer's description
In the aftermath of a disaster, the protagonists are brought into a hospital involved in enigmatic research. Despite surviving the ordeal, they are now faced with deranged transformations; they must escape from the hospital which threatens to erode their minds and bodies.
