This game was really great, very well put together CGs and the minigames were great, its also nice that you can skip them at some point to avoid that grind, I'd have loved more CGs with the side characters but still, great job.

I considered rating this higher, but just can't. The gameplay starts strong with cool investigation mechanics and quirky minigames, but then devolves into: click highlighted text, check cams and girls at set times, grind minigames, repeat. Story feels rushed, with subplots that are introduced and suddenly dropped. You get the sense this was supposed to be a longer title with more side characterization. Scenes are laughably bad, usually evoking the same energy as a crappy ad for a crappier hentai site. Not worth your time, and it asks for a considerable amount of time for full completion.

This game is really good. The character development is well done even though the game is fairly short. Every character is different and has certain circumstances that leads to them ending up with you. The scenes were lacking in my opinion because of the lack of different camera angles, but nothing too special.

It's pretty good. For a H-game it's got more effort than most and the art itself is quite good. The art for the H scenes is decent too but it's not really my style (too clean and almost feels like AI). Would've given it 5 stars anyway but I think that it's lacking in a few places. Despite the art being good, the sex scenes themselves feel really weak and lazy in their execution. You feel like you've completed all the tasks to unlock it but it doesn't feel that gratifying. There's creative ideas but it feels way too troupe-y still. Also it can be very very tedious in it's repetition. That being said, I think anything on this site with a decent amount of effort deserves a good rating so yeah

Good CG overall, and the story was okay, not that I really play this game for the story anyway. One thing worth mentioning is that this is actually one of the few games I managed to finish in a single sitting. I rarely ever do that, especially with games like this, so it definitely kept me engaged the whole way through. Some of the chores, though, felt a little too chore-like. Kind of annoying at times, but I guess that’s the whole point, chores aren’t exactly meant to be fun in the first place, lol. My only real gripe is that there weren’t any scenes for Aya. It’s a bit disappointing, but there’s nothing to be done since she left the party.

Nice CG, gameplay is simple, the mini games are a pain to be honest but you dont need that much money to continue the story, just focus on the main missions and after that you can breeze through getting everything else since the game gives you ways to earn money a lot more quickly later. I will say a lot of the CG is backloaded, you will spend a good amount in the beginning just to get to them but after that its open, plus the replay of scenes is great.

An interesting game where you play creepy dorm manager who likes to stalk people. You spend much of the game stalking your 2 tenants in order to eventually fuck them. The concept is actually kinda interesting with you looking up their socials in order to find more about them in order to form a plan, but most of the game is actually spent grinding mini games for money. The mini games are fun but you have to do them a lot. You only get like 300 per job, but you will need like 10k+ for everything. Gets to be a real chore about half way through the game. The other issue is that all the lewd content is severely back loaded. You have to spend hours till you even see a crumb of tit. Once you hit that point you realize that really isn't a whole lot of it either. That game is still quite fun, but the fapability is quite low. You have to spend quite a lot of time to get to the good stuff, and once you get there, there isn't a whole lot. Still might be worth checking out if this sort of genre appeals to you or you find the concept interesting.

Sex Scene: All Sex Scenes are 10/10. They did an insane work in them, even pixel art minigames have love in it. Gameplay: I like that we have to investigate through keywords to find ways to get close to them but this game does it poorly. Most keywords are either not important or unsearchable. 5/10 I love the concept but need improvement Story: Protagonist is an asshole, way worse than other game like this. He just mind break them into his toy then after that he sold them to be banged on the street (If you unlocked all character CG then you will see additional CG about that). It's a simple take on the corruption management genre - doing whatever you want with a looping weekly schedule. It's an easy sandbox game to get into, and contains a modest gallery of events that is reviewable on the main menu. While the inventory tracking might not be as intuitive (being accessible through the computer and searching your player icon), at least the core of the gameplay is straightfoward that you don't need to take account of your inventory. Rather, the progression locks are mainly through events from stalking via the web or peeping through the cameras. In addition, there's in-game earnable hints through the Gentleman's Club. Granted, it would be nicer if you can gather all the hints instead of being locked to one available hint at a time. Overall, this is an enjoyable game if you don't mind the corruption and ntr themes of the game.

The art is great the mini games are just easy enought o avoid tedium and they aren't always required. I skpped the laundry machine most days. For me, everything about this game is so good, it's really good. Both the beautiful pixel graphics and the 4K resolution graphics are so sharp. During the sex scenes, the intensity is adjusted to be softer during intercourse. But if there is more to it than that, maybe something that can be done during sex would be much better.But to be honest, I really like the artwork. It's so beautiful and sharp. Nice scenes, dissapointing gameplay. Gameplay Spy on your tenants to gain leverage that lets you corrupt them into your personal sluts. Story progress is unlocked by overhearing conversations, snooping around or doing online research. You automatically fill out a journal for each character that contains all the infos you figured out about them and tags key words that you can use in your investigation. This works quite well for the most part but sometimes you need to catch the girls talking to themselves at a specific time slot on a specific weekday. That can feel quite random. There is an info broker that can give you hints for these cases though. You need money to get new skills or items that are required to progress the story at some point. You get that money mainly by doing chore mini-games. Those are aptly named because you'll be doing them a lot and they feel like a total waste of time. There are items that let you skip them and get max money each time but you only unlock those once you finish the story. So they don't feel helpful at all - more insulting really. I would have liked an option to skip the mini-games early on for a lower pay out. Or some form of passive income from selling photos. The controls are another major pain. All you can do is walk around and interact with people or objects right in front of you. That really should not require mouse and keyboard. Especially in a porn game. Everything you do on the computer in your room could also be done on a smartphone. There is really no reason you always have to go back to your room to check your cameras or do a basic ass google search. H There are 2 main girls. One has an NTR route where you do the cucking, the other has a blackmail route. Both have a lot of scenes and each scene has plenty of jiggle physics. There are also a few extra girls with far less content that focus on other fetishes. The japanese VAs overact the scenes a tad but that seems more like a requirement for the japanese porn biz. Also, the english translation isn't faithful to the japanese vocals if my gooner japanese isn't failing me. Completely irrelevant but it bothered me.

This game is great. It features excellent pixel art and full 2D anime like animated scenes. There's plenty to do, even though there's only 2 main heroines, the progression is not forced, it has it's moments of "porn game logic" but the story was quite enjoyable and made sense. Minigames can take a toll, but you don't need to grind much, so I would say that it was balanced very well and gives a great experience.

im found this game after playing ntr legend and the game is really great and it give me a break from all the RPG turn base game and will love to play more game like this But unfortunately about this game that i dont have that feeling that i wanna give this game a replay like ntr legend, maybe it just not enough for my kink or it just bore me if i already know all the answer of the mission And it also hard to mas when i have to use 2 hand to control T-T

It's a great and short game. The starting situation with the corruption of the neighboors is not too unique, but still feels good. The main story of the game is OK. It's not great, it's a somewhat comedy. So has some goofy parts. And as for the corruption. the main thing in the game, it's good for 1 girl, and too sudden for the other. So it's somewhat in between. But the best part of the game are the H-scenes and animations. It looks good, and they are pretty different not to be tired of them. And also not too long. My only problem with the game is a little bit of grind in the beginning (but it is qucikly solved after first 30 minutes). And the biggest flaw is the controls. It's a game which is supposed to play with 1 hand. But it requiresboth hands for some stragne actions. Like I move only on arrows, but can interact only with mouse. Would be better to implement either fully mouse controls, or the keyboard controls like in RPG Maker games. But besides that, it is a grewat game. And small downsides are compensated by great CG and short playtime

It has great CG with enjoyable progression, just very grindy. For a corruption game though, it's lacking some material. All the progression happened inside the dorm, so it's more like your very own castle of harem, all kinky stuff is acceptable as long it happened inside but outside are off limit. This make the character more of you bitches yet not the point of owning them, like training or breaking their will, The glasses girl is just heart broken while stuck in her little drama world and the streamer being compliant thanks to blackmail, there will be no believable scenario where these two would know each other or having the same interest to stay with main character.

Honestly, good enough. simplistic gameplay, story builds well enough. I like the progression, would be nice if there was a bit more to do or more women to do things with. Mini-games weren't bad either, which is nice for a porn game. Would recommend if you're starved for content

Overall a good game. The CGs are great, the characters are nice. The story is pretty cliche, and it gets a little grindy at the end. Other than the tedium trying to tie loose ends, the game is pretty enjoyable. It doesn't overstay its welcome and does what it aims to do quite nicely. One more girl in the third room would've been nice, cause atm that room is only used like twice in the whole game, and having a third route would've been better imo. Nevertheless, good game.
