Pink Pulse is a 2D animated, AI CG side-scrolling shooter made with the Others engine by Antlyonz. You play a female protagonist who faces sexually aggressive enemies. The game centers on adult reproductive themes, including pregnancy, tentacles, and multiple endings. You can fight through crowds, produce offspring that help in combat, improve skills by defeating enemies, increase reproductive ability through adult encounters, or hide in a locker until a timer ends.
The current build is v0.1.3, released on August 22, 2025, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows in English and is uncensored. The latest patch added keyboard-only controls: Z aims, X shoots or performs melee, and Y swats bugs crawling on the screen. This update gives players a full keyboard option for aiming, attacking, and clearing screen pests.
