Playing Favorites is an adult Ren'Py visual novel by clowns234, rendered in animated 3DCG style. The story centers on Lisa Stevens, who married young and spent years supporting her husband, Greg, and raising their twin sons. Greg was emotionally and financially supportive, but a job promotion and travel changed the household. You help Lisa and other family members navigate this strained home, with cheating, lesbian relationships, and multiple endings.
The current build is v0.19, dated June 7, 2024, and development is ongoing rather than finished. It runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux. Language options include English, Portuguese, and Spanish. The game is uncensored. Earlier changelog notes mention bug fixes, rollback adjustments, and menu options, while the v0.19 release is the latest available version.

By all standards, they were a great family. But then, about three years ago, Greg got a big promotion at work. Greg assured her that the travel would be minimal and that, ‘Everything will be fine’. Well, it's three years later and everything is not fine.

Due to code changes in updating from Renpy 7 to Renpy 8, and because I added a kinetic 'random' mode, restarting the game is once again required. For now at least, I am going to start posting smaller monthly updates.

Based on feedback, some of the choices have been redone and more options have been added. The paths to the main milf are now more stand-alone, with the ability to bypass unwanted content. Due to this, you will once again need to start a new game.

You do need to start a new game. I added a 'narration' mode, to help the player with their choices. I also changed a few things to make more independent paths for each of Lisa's three 'suitors'. Now, you should be able to pick one, none, or any other combination of the three.
