I'm a Pokémon fan, and Misty, Dawn, and May are some of my favorite characters, with Misty being my favorite character in the entire series, so how could this go wrong? Right? Right... Sadly, this game is a letdown at every turn. It's not a very good h game, not a very good Pokémon game, it lets down on what's promised, it has paywalled content, and it's simply not a very fun game. So let's break it down. Firstly, the story is pretty straightforward and bad. It has no character building, world building, or build-up. It plops you down at a random hotel, and 2 minutes into the game, you bang your first girl without any setup or build up and the game just continues to go downhill from there. I think the game relies on the Pokémon IP too much for its characters and world-building, but even as a Pokémon fan, that's not enough. God forbid you've never played Pokémon, or you're not a fan to begin with. As I said, a few minutes into the game, you bang your first girl, and if you're not a fan of the series, you're not even going to know who she is or why you should care to bang her. Even as a fan myself, and knowing who the character was, this scene, along with all the others, did zero for me. Nothing. Ya, I know their name from the games, ya, I like them a lot from the games, but that doesn't mean this game can ignore any type of character building, relationship building, or setup just because I've played a Pokémon game before. The first sex scene with a major character in this game starts by the MC taking a nap and watching TV before May shows up out of nowhere and asks to have sex with you, who's a stranger to her, by the way. That's a problem. That aside, what about everything else? Well, this next one is just a pet peeve for me personally, but even though I gave the game a 1-star, I wish I could go lower for this next thing, just because of how much it annoys me when games do this. The game is tagged as "voiced" even though it's extremely not. There is no voice acting whatsoever. There are moans, but they're bugged or poorly done or something, and just ear rape you. The game also doesn't have an option in the settings for voice volume, and instead, the "voices" are tied to the music volume slider. Strange how a "voiced" game doesn't even have its own voice slider in the settings. So aside from the story being poor and the pacing being fucked, and the h-scenes coming out of nowhere, while also not being voiced, they're also not very good. The scenes are animated, but more or less only feature one scene with one position, with ear-raping moans, mind you, and the scenes only last a few seconds at best. So the game isn't a very good H game. Next issue, the game paywalls its content/updates, which I'm never a fan of. I don't think any dev should do this, and I see no benefit to doing so. Pretty much none of the top devs here on f95 do it, so that alone is proof that it's not necessary. I also believe that if someone likes your game, they'll support it either way, paywall or not, and if someone doesn't want to support you, then having a paywall just increases the chances of them not supporting, because what if the one scene that would've changed their mind was behind the paywall? Now they'll never see it, and you'll never get them to support. And given how the game is right now, as is, they really shouldn't be gatekeeping anything. They should be putting their best foot forward and holding nothing back in an attempt to turn this thing around. There's a ton more problems here, but I don't want this review to be 7 hours long, so I'll leave it here and quickly mention some of the smaller issues in the cons section below. So, all in all, should you play this game? No. It is still early in development, but even so, I don't see this game turning things around in the long run, unless they start making some massive and major sweeping changes. In the words of Dutch, they need to start giving a fuck and start giving a fuck fast . What if you're a Pokémon fan? Still no. What if you want a slow-burning, driven game? No no no A fast-paced game good for a quick wank? NO Misty?
