About Secret Cohabitation with Big Sister — A Milk Tea Bond Thicker Than Blood
Secret Cohabitation with Big Sister — A Milk Tea Bond Thicker Than Blood is a Unity-made 2D animated romance simulation by kosya. It follows a college-aged younger brother and his older sister after a stream ends and a mysterious sponsor lifts their family’s financial burden. Their restored ordinary life changes when an Intimacy Gauge appears above them, revealing closeness beyond what they expected. Shared meals, evening movies, casual touches, and growing time alone turn performed affection into real feelings. The game uses 2D CG scenes and a male protagonist, with themes of romance and corruption.
The current build is v1.0, and development remains ongoing as of its February 5, 2026 release. It runs on Windows and supports English, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese. The version is censored with mosaics. The same date’s changelog describes bug fixes for stopped event progress, reversed effects, favorability not updating, and omitted translations, along with minor improvements.
Developer's description
That day, after that stream ended── The sister, freed from the family's financial struggles thanks to a mysterious sponsor's support, and her younger brother, now a college student. The two had finally regained a "normal life." However, one day, an "Intimacy Gauge" suddenly appeared above their heads. It clearly showed that their relationship was no longer "normal." In the mornings, they prepare meals together. At night, they snuggle on the sofa watching movies. Their fingertips touch in casual gestures. Before they know it, their alone time grows longer and longer. The "fictional love" they performed in front of the streaming camera, gradually, within their daily lives without cameras, quietly but surely transformed into "true feelings"── Until the day they cross the forbidden line. The "romance simulation" life of this sibling pair, growing tender, gradually more intense and passionate, begins now.
