About Sexual Response Lab: Records of an Innocent Subject

Sexual Response Lab: Records of an Innocent Subject is a Unity adult simulation from NMT Games, presented with animated 2D CG. It is set in the VR relaxation facility Re:Relax Lab, where claimed contact-free healing hides secret experiments that stimulate a subject inside a virtual space. You play as a technical staff member observing college student Nana Asakura, a monitor who applied out of curiosity. Through a VR suit, she experiences sensations so vivid that reality and virtuality blur. The gameplay focuses on adjusting stimulus intensity and timing to watch her reactions, with multiple endings shaped by your choices.

The current build is v1.0, released November 10, 2025. It is available for Windows in English and Japanese, with mosaics used for censorship.

Developer's description

“Healing” or “Experiment”? The cutting-edge VR relaxation facility, “Re:Relax Lab.” Under the guise of “providing healing without contact,” top-secret experiments were conducted there, stimulating subjects' senses within a virtual space. College student Nana Asakura applied to be a monitor out of curiosity. But the sensations transmitted through the VR suit she wore were too real, and she gradually lost the distinction between reality and virtuality— As a technical staff member, the player manipulates the intensity and timing of the stimuli, observing Nana's reactions. A single touch can change her mind, her body, and even the outcome. “This really is an experiment... right?” —A touch-based simulation where “healing” transforms into “pleasure.”
