About SHINNEMIA in the Forest Invader

In SHINNEMIA in the Forest Invader, D's production uses the Wolf RPG engine to present a 2D CG adventure with adult fantasy and monster girl themes. You command Sinemia's invading forces from the forests, producing and placing units while advancing the front line across the screen from left to right. The play loop is simple on the surface: send units forward and defeat enemy forces. It also claims strategic depth behind that straightforward movement, aiming for a sensation that does not fit neatly into existing game types.

The current build is v1.01, released on April 20, 2024 for Windows. English and Japanese are supported, and mosaics censor the adult visuals. This version presents the same left-to-right unit command loop described above.

Developer's description

In this game, players command the invading forces of Sinemia from the forests, advancing the frontline while defeating enemy forces. The main tasks for players primarily involve unit production and placement. It's a straightforward gameplay where you relentlessly push from the left side of the screen to the right, yet it harbors profound strategic depth. Experience a new sensation of gaming that doesn't fit into existing game types, awaiting you.

Good tactical turn based BUT combat is randomized and gameplay is kinda stale (upgrades, h-scenes and atmosphere). It takes until 'ground 100' to get another bgm and some of the structures have way too much health. Your attacks are randomized…

The UI is ugly as hell but also surprisingly easy to get around so only minus 1 star. One of those games where the H contents are kind of spare but the gameplay is mad fun you play it anyway…

I played this for an hour and change, and because I searched for the "RPG" tag, I assumed it would have such elements. It does not! it's "tactical grid" all the way, and the game is not for me. If…
