Ever since he took in a girl with such expressive features, his daily life began to change— Ruri, a white-haired woman he found collapsed in the forest. The protagonist, Serion, takes her in—since she has nowhere else to go—and they begin living together. They eat meals, stroll through the village, and laugh together. As they gradually grow closer, the two spend their days in peace. It’s the kind of happy, ordinary life you’d find anywhere. —Or so it seemed.
