About Strange Days at the Dead End
Strange Days at the Dead End is a parody sandbox by Lulric, made with Ren'Py and presented with 2D CG animated visuals. You play as Double D, also called Edd, moving through a cul-de-sac and meeting many characters from the neighbourhood. The game has you collect items and currency, then spend them to open new areas and buy upgrades. Its story also follows him through college adventures.
The current build is an ongoing release at v0.03, dated August 29, 2023. It runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac, is written in English, and has no censorship. The v0.03 changelog notes progress on the story and the addition of new places. The update log also records earlier bug fixes and redrawn character images.
