About The Changing Prisoner's Dilemma

The Changing Prisoner's Dilemma is a Unity point-and-click dating sim by TGedNathan, shown with animated visuals. Brandon and Miles join Dr. Ripley's experiment, where the Biomass Redistribution Converter can turn men into women. You view the college facility from Brandon/Brandy's perspective, moving through rooms, searching for clues, and altering outcomes while a timer counts down. Hidden clues can open dialogue choices and new routes. The story branches around friendship and betrayal.

The current build is v0.5.1 Steam, released February 4, 2026 for Windows in English, and development is ongoing. The game is uncensored. This update adds a bathroom scene with Mila or Miles, more than a dozen cutscenes that vary by outfit, time spent, and action order, undressed character views, and a save system.

Developer's description

Brandon and Miles have signed up for Dr. Ripley's new experiment— the Changing Prisoner's Dilemma . During the experiment, it is rumored that some guys have transformed into well-endowed girls because of Ripley's, new machine called the Biomass Redistribution Converter. Brandon mistakenly thought they would be girls for just a couple of weeks at most. Little did they know it would be much longer than that! Will Brandon cheat the experiment, betraying his friend as a buxom blonde? Or will Brandon become Brandy , a busty brunette who will crave new hidden feelings for her once childhood friend? Spoiler In the Changing Pirsoner's Dilemma, you will view everything as Brandon/Brandy. You can move/look around the various rooms of the college facility. Everything will be viewed in the POV perspective. You can change the experiment's outcome by finding hidden clues in the experiment as the timer runs out. You can unlock dialogue options and entirely new routes, including different positions

v0.5.1 Steam Release of a new update! That's right. A new update for 'The changing prisoners dilemma' is about to come out! Whether or not it happens at the same time this log is posted? Who knows! at least within twenty-four hours, however :3 So I suppose I'd better get on with listing the changes, New features A whole new scene! You will be able to enter the bathroom with your partner. Be it Mila or Miles. Over a dozen new cutscenes in the bathroom. This scene has over a dozen unique cutscenes you can trigger. All at various times, depending on what you are wearing, how long you are taking, and the order in which you do things. See the characters undressed in the bathroom. Finally getting some NSFW content in this porn game (took too long I know - A save system. Right now, you can only continue where you left off. However! It has functionality to be expanded so you can have multiple save slots at once :3 Bug fixes Sound effects and music should now update properly when changing the settings Mouse and cursor should now be a lot more consistent Alex's model will no longer cover things when it should not be doing so Miles will no longer lose his face (I think.... honestly, it might, but I THINK we fixed it) Performance improvements The number of ray casts is significantly reduced. Going from A LOT of ray casts per frame to 1. Saving a lot of processing power Improved the logic that governs the cursor.
