The Half Hero Harem is an adult visual novel by Night, built in Ren'Py with animated 3DCG art. You play as a male protagonist who relocates with Red, a childhood friend, hoping for a calm life. Strange portals pull them into a fantasy world filled with monster girls and other alluring characters. The story centers on choosing whether to recruit a team against the destructive god Zapaulo or spend time pursuing romance before the world ends.
The current build is v1.0, released January 11, 2026, and development is finished for this first project. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android in English, with no censorship. The v1.0 update lets players complete the entire story and includes a smaller file size. Earlier chapter 4 content added a new girl, scene replay, four new villains, many images and animations, and Android space savings.

You and your childhood friend Red recently moved into a new apartment to try to live a peaceful and quiet life. One night not so long after they move in, they find themselves chatting normally in the living room. But to their surprise, their chances at a quiet life quickly fade as huge portals appear and slowly drag our protagonists into a new world they have never seen before.
On the bright side, this world is FULL of EXTREMELY ATTRACTIVE girls. On the other side, it's also soon going to be destroyed by the fearsome god Zapaulo, who wants nothing more than the world to suffer because of his son's absence. Will you be able to build a team capable of taking down this unbeatable enemy? Or will you spend all your time chatting up girls until the world ends? That's up to you now, isn't it?
