The Necromancer Arises

Unfinished mess with half stories that end before they start. The premise of being a Necromancer was cool in the beginning. The book, the summon all of it was a neat story. Then it just changed, he quits the academy and just has sex with his family. If you wanted to go this route you could have just played Tamas Awakening, which also suffers from this same thing. Stories that start, don't go anywhere and just end in sex. Such a sad thing, this game has promise.

The name of the game is "The Necromancer Arises", and the dude instanly summons a hot girl as a zombie just for the story to become "let me have sex with both my sisters, mother and aunt" - and forget almost entirely about the zombie girl (and any of the introduced elements of the plot). It's like, why make a "Solo Leveling" parody then? In fact, why name your game this? The art is pretty decent, and if the author had just reworked their game around its actual content, instead making it to be an incest corruption game (which is what this actually is), then it'd be decent at the very least. Other than this bizarre disconnect between the game's name and what it is, the story is also very weird. The plot is as much "completed" as it is "axed", like when a manga wraps at least one storyline because its publication has been cancelled, and it has to. What you see from start to finish is how every woman of the mc's house becomes pregnant with his child (for some reason that isn't actually explained, I guess they were just waiting for him to fuck them all along). Lastly, there's also almost zero element of choice here. You could just download the game and take a look at the gallery and potentially have a better experience story-wise than from playing the game - cause if you have no choice, and the story is very awkward (to say the least), maybe just random sex scenes make for a better story in your head. Can't recommend this one, sorry. Ironically, if the author actually resurrected what good they have here (art) and made a much smaller and concise "reanimated" game, it might be decent.

I've been a huge fanboy of this dev for a long time, but I can't defend them on this one. It's very clear that they had more stuff planned but decided to cut the game short at some point and rush to an ending. But the rushed ending isn't the only problem. The characters are very flat in terms of personality. They all speak and act the same way with zero quirks. The dialogue is incredibly boring and honestly pretty trashy most of the time. I'm talking about Pornhub-level of forced acting, with characters trying way too hard and doing way too little. In a way, the dialogue wants to be carried by the art. Because yes, the art is very, very good. Beautiful art as usual from this artist. But the dialogue is so, so bad, and the art cannot carry it. The setting is also very underused. The VN is obviously parodying Solo Leveling, and you can see bits and pieces resembling a story here and there, but 99% of the text has nothing to do with the setting. And yes, it's a cool premise, but in the end it's all just flavor text for a shallow incest simulator. And as much as I love incest, I wish we actually got to see the academy life instead of skipping to the end of the day and going back home. Honestly, you could replace the hunter academy thing with a regular college and the game would be the same. Not only is the story nonexistent, the writing itself is disjointed. Characters suddenly decide to do things with no rhyme or reason, and in the end it's just an excuse for a contrived lewd scene, even if it doesn't make sense. For example, the Aunt deciding to go back to stripping out of the blue just because "the attention feels good," and the MC just so happens to visit the club on her first day there. It's all just a roundabout way of making a lap dance scene, something that could've been pulled off in a million better ways. Oh, and your mom is a former stripper too. We're dealing with the crème de la crème here. Really makes you care about these characters. But regardless, this is all just flavor text. One common theme with this game is that everything only gets mentioned once and is never brought up again. Hell, even some characters barely show up, and half of the girls on the banner image don't even have a sex scene. It's a very tropey game too. Massage scene, morning wood scene, yoga scene, peeping scene, blue-balling scene, etc. It's all here, like checking boxes of porn game tropes. Also, I've been calling this a "game," but it's really just a kinetic novel. Choices don't matter and there is only one ending. The art is obviously amazing, which is why it's so disappointing to see it being so underused . Not just underused, but reused too. There aren't a lot of lewd scenes in this game, and what little renders we see are often reused later with only minor alterations. The character sprites are also very static and lacking in dynamic, with no different poses except for the arm every once in a while, making the experience feel cheap like a 2000s flash game (but with none of the charm). The text-to-image ratio is insane, and what I mean is that the game has maybe 25–30 unique renders for thousands of lines of dialogue, and 99% of that dialogue is pointless, especially during lewd scenes. Seriously, the dirty talk in this game is incredibly verbose. The girls literally rant the most brainless dirty talking I've ever seen. It's like the MC isn't even there. This was likely done to squeeze the absolute most out of every render, because of how little art we actually get to see. It's like the scenario and the sex scenes were written by two different people, and both are bad. But as always, I have to give props to the art. The character design is also really good, with a varied cast and plenty of body types. It's also actual incest, which is always nice to see. It's just a shame that the great art and premise never reached their full potential. And yeah, rushed ending and all that. I unfortunately can't recommend this game unless you really just want to see the art and skip everything.

Game is a kinetic novel but there's no appropriate tag. Started really good, with actual story, different characters, not only cliched ones but actual characters. But choices were meaningless (it doesn't matter if you decided to peek or not - game will always think that you peeked) and after worthy beginning we see rushed ending. With nothing in the middle. It's just one day MC talks with his comrades in Academy, then goes home and right in this moment devs decided they want another meaningless incest shitshow. Which they actually did. Killed good start and ruined potentially good game.

I played the previous game of this dev and this made this one even more of a letdown. The dev completely gives up on the story halfway, even to the point of the MC saying he'll let the zombiegirl out more and then proceeds to basically never summon her again. To add to that, the storyintroduces a character, you can rename and then never shows them again. Like the character has literally 3 lines or something. You can tell more was planned but for some reason it was all abandoned and rushed to an ending to only focus on the incest which was honestly the least interesting thing about this project. All in all a disapointment when it had so much potential.

had great potential and then the dev just gave up and threw out the story and script and just went to a generic incest ecchi in speed run. not really worth it unless you want a quick fap. art was excellent to this is truly a shame

I am writing this mid-game and I truly never thought I would say this on here but the porn is the least likeable aspect of this entire game. I was decently interested in the story, but it kept breaking up to throw in a gratuitous sex scene with zero buildup and then forget about the story it was pretending to care about. Was actually interested in some of the charas but they just kinda fall in love with you? For literally no reason other than "Mana Big"? This game sucks dick, but not in the fun way. Prolly still gonna finish it because I am a fucking glutton for punishment, I guess. Will update if it gets any amount more tolerable. UPDATE: Yeah I finished it, literally like 5 mins after writing this, still sucks ass and somehow got infinitely worse than predicted. Spoiler: "Story Ending" Instead of giving the actually interesting girls the spotlight and advancing their stories as well as what the entire plot has been building up to, MC decides he would rather fuck his entire family all day instead of being a hunter. An ending so bad I actually thought I had managed to press something or miss a quick time to get there

Look, I'm not saying these games are slop because clearly some effort went into them. But the story starts quick and the ending is rushed, again. Decently fappable Kinetic Novel, but nothing to write home about in terms of writing. Bit like a porn scene.

I've been waiting to try this game since it's announcement 2 years ago. And well, for someone that rarely makes reviews I have to make for this one just to tell how this is a bunch of nothing, the only saving grace are the models of the game because the rest is basically non existent. This is just a vn, we have choices that barely impact the game(if any) and we also have a karma system for some reason. This game was part of a group of 3 games that I was waiting since 2023 and has been a major disappoitment, hope the 2 other are better...

Nothing. we don't know his name The premise set in Hunter Age where mysterious portal just open out and flood our world with monster so people awakened from mana to hunt them monster. Hence, HUNTER (what is this? a manhwa story?) Anyway they put KARMA SYSTEM and NEVER TOUCH IT AGAIN no counting mechanism (relationship point, i thought this is a dating sim?) TURN OUT IT JUST KINETIC NOVEL IN DISGUISE. YOUR CHOICE DON'T AFFECT MUCH THE STORY. Story is just bruh. You just molest your family and get them pregnant because "haha i am strong and now inbreeding is a choice." They made few character design quite good but they gave boobies to your family so we know where this gonna go. Potential just gone to waste and didn't explore much. It feel like they rushed this. Maybe. Art is ok. Feel too sus for based on my guts feeling. I don't want to open fire and call it AI but i got 50-50 about it. Animation? Eh. It just one scene and they move everything to static, might as well don't animate in the first place. i wish i could be give 30/100 because 2/5 felt generous.

What a shameless game. Absolute waste of time. Completed tag is a lie too, it's essentially just dropped. Aight so first of all, the entire premise? Doesn't matter. An academy of superpowered individuals with a bunch of attractive classmates, teachers and others? The whole nercomantic book, the skeletal dood that allegedly gave you powers, your undead minion and why she is sentient and grow in power? The whole premise of otherwordly gates suddenly appearing out of nowhere and their mystery? All completely dropped off the face of the earth without any resolution or even mention in favor of a standard younger-older sister/mom/aunt incest, a lot of characters either dont get ANYTHING (Anastasia the zombie girl, arguably your main girl, get NOTHING, Gwen get nothing, some other characters get nothing), a ton of characters appear one time and then completely dissapear forever, the story just stops halfway to give you half assed harem incest ending, nothing is resolved. Now that i got this obvious travesty out of the system, which is enough to drop the score to 2 anyway, the game was very clearly made by some chunks and developer clearly didn't even remember what he did previously. There was a karma choice one time at the start, i assume it was supposed to be a mechanic developer dropped, never used again. Beginning of the game have several choices but they barely matter if at all, so it's essentially a kinetic novel, and in second half dev stopped pretending and it literally doesn't have choices anymore. There is a decent animation one time (with mom on the toilet) and the rest are 2 swapping frames, pathetic. Writing is a definition of soulless, it's technically readable and have some basic finesse in it's execution, but it feels borderline AI and doesn't invoke anything, the thoughts during masturbations (many of them) drag on for WAY too long, developments are forced and sudden and every other vice of a failed project. This game has no focus, it jumps from one idea to another without settling on anything and fail to develop every single one. Worst of all it is such an obviously commercial product without a single drop of a soul put into it that i cannot recommend it to absolutely anyone. I am the audience for the whole incest-pregnancy-harem thing, it's absolutely my thing, but this just ain't it.

I liked the dev's previous games even though I was disappointed by their rushed endings. This game, though? This is a piece of garbage. No sex with the zombie girl, a karma choice that appears once, doesn't do anything, and never comes back again; characters that have art and you name but never show up again and disappear from the plot; hell, the plot just drops off a cliff in a rush to the harem ending, and did I mention NO SEX WITH THE ZOMBIE GIRL? To throw this game a bone, the art is awesome as always and the only reason I won't give this a one-star review. This game is the result of a dev who doesn't give a shit about the final product, and it's sad because there is so much potential if they actually spent time to develop the game instead of pumping out rushed bullshit. But hey, they have someone paying their Patreon and rating this garbage highly, so maybe half-assing it is the way to go.

dont be tricked by the name, no corpse fucking in this! in all seriousness, name is very wasted on this game. its a generic suburbia hell incest game with surprise special abilities that make our boring MC slightly less boring. i haven't seen much necromancing except a very alive looking zombie. art is 2d which i always like, and would love to see more of (in better games lul), but unfortunately its nothing to write home about, a little dull to be honest. the mom character looks younger than most of MC's classmates.

I'm not sure what to make of this game. On one hand the art is decent enough. The Mc has a pretty easy time of things. His first day at school nets him a HJ with a randy nurse with more to come. His family seem to be sending out vibes too. Sis is sitting on the couch in her panties and spreading her legs. Mom walks in on the MC in the bathroom and gets an eyeful. The game will offer some pretty quick progression I'm guessing. Where the game gets weird for me is the Mom. Forget her showering with other women in the house including the undead chick the Mc summons. It's weird and kind of pointless unless she is going to be the lesbo queen of the house. Frankly that shit bores the hell out of me. The thing that doesn't work though is how she and the MC talk to each other. Slut this, cunt that. It's cringy as hell. The other thing is the way they talk about incest. They're doing it and that is supposed to be the thing that is hot not some junior high convo. The art is pretty good and the dialogue is miles below in quality. Too bad. Average seems fair for now. The art is pretty good but the dialogue is painful at times. Who knows where the game is going to go. The last update ends with the mom and sister giving the MC a co-blowjob and talking about making babies....They almost seem more happy to just be doing something screwed up than anything else. When the game plays out like a parody it's hard to take any story seriously. 3 out of 5,

İdea is good really good and i know this is pretty much paralel to some certain MC where he can rise dead beings shadows but still here its good in some way feels even better bacause for now Mc not turned into some tall handsome guy for now least thank god. Still in early in story and building of game but still good really i can see high potential if done well like Superhuman if they handle it well its can be amazing really amazing this fits really well with story i pray they dont go rushing or do Lazy writing because of not enough money or they wanna do new game thing this happens in this site many many times. 5 star for potential art and for story for now in future can be change.

This game offers great graphics, engaging gameplay, and a unique storyline. The mechanics are smooth, and it strikes a nice balance between mature content and fun, interactive features. Worth playing! looking for more

This was really really bad, story gets ruined by all the forced shit, you got no choices that matters, you dont like mother sex or huge saggy tits? to bad MC will have a sexual relationship with whoever with 0 choice to the player. I did like the art but since i dont have a big tit fetish this game just turned me off constantly by trowing them in my face none stop and i simply just dont want to see that shit, why make a game and force the players to see stuff they dont want to see, its worse then a b-porn movie. Then you have an MC the second guess he self constantly, like "i got to stop watching my sisters ass" but a little bit later hes in an all out sexual relationship with hes family..... As for the hole hunter school and MC becoming extremly powerfull is not even in the game, its all about the incest and lust for hes family. Game is extremly kinetic since choices barely exsist in this one. The animations are poor and cant even be called animations, 2 frames or in other words picture to picture is not really an animation in any way.

sexy art, love the mother scenes..very big booba. it still needs adjustments naturally, but it's a good job, I really like the theme and that's why I'm always here 9/10 i enjoyed it, only lacking music looking forward to future updates

God i wanted to love this game so bad. Your family is so damn hot expecally the mom and the older sister. But the necromancer stuff is so damn weird and not well written at all. It feels like the game creator wanted to make a fantasy game and a house incest game and just ended up with this weird combination of the two that never works.
