Today I’m releasing the EP1 - Part 1.5 update, as I mentioned before.
⚠ Just to be clear: this is NOT a continuation of the story yet! ⚠
This update includes improvements to Episode 1, based on feedback I received from some amazing Patrons (thank you so much for that!).
So, here’s the full changelog:
✅ 1 - New save folder:
Some people were experiencing save file conflicts, and I also noticed that even though I had renamed the game, the save folder was still called NSFW.
Since we’re still early in development, I decided to rename the save folder to:
TheRedVeil-1701867741
IMPORTANT: This might break your old saves.
But don’t worry, it’s an easy fix:
Just copy the saves folder from the old version into the new one, and you’re good to go!
Sorry for the inconvenience — better to fix this early on.
️ 2 - More animations:
The first sex scene originally had just one animation. At first, I liked it (it felt huge since I spent a lot of time on it haha), but when I played through the full episode, it felt a bit... empty.
So I decided to expand the scene:
➕ I added 4 new animations and some extra dialogue.
Now I feel much more satisfied with how it turned out!
3 - Animations now have SFX!
I also moved forward with a long-time plan: adding sound effects to the animations!
Now all the animations in Lynn’s scene (and future ones too) come with full SFX.
I’ve only added this to The Red Veil animations for now — still debating whether I’ll add SFX to the side stories, since I’m planning to remove them in the future.
4 - GUI improvements:
I’ve made several small improvements to the game’s interface:
Updated the font and added outlines to improve readability
Redesigned the in-game text messages UI (yeah, the old one was terrible )
Added a splash screen
And other minor tweaks
There will be more GUI changes later on, but I didn’t want to spend too much time on that for now.
✍ 5 - Small story tweak:
At the beginning of the bar scene, where the MC finds out Luna is an undercover cop, the bartender was just labeled as “bartender.”
But actually, her name is Vanessa, and the MC already knows her!
She’ll have some importance later on, so I figured it was best to fix this now.
From now on, she appears as Vanessa and the MC calls her by name.

Hey, folks! Chapter 2 is ready! My focus for this chapter was to add interactivity, so I made the sex scene more dynamic, with options to change positions, etc.
I also ended up trying to improve the animations. It wasn't my initial goal, but I couldn't resist. At first, I hated how it was turning out—I even mentioned it to you all here. But after rendering and seeing it in the game, I think I liked it.

Initial Release
Hey, guys! Finally, the first version of NSFW is ready.
Well, 90% ready.
I aimed to finish this version in three weeks, and the deadline was yesterday.
It took me an extra day due to rendering time, but I didn't want to go beyond that, so some aspects got left out (post work and sounds).
I'm debating whether to release a bugfix for these points or just adjust everything when launching the second story.
Amazing visuals and render, the characters are pretty good too. The scenes are amazing and actually I like the style of telling different stories, although I think the tutor one is the best and the other didn't really caught my attention
Ahh, the mafia-themed game - a very rare type among AVNs. It’s still in early development, so it remains to be seen whether it’ll become a masterpiece or just a good game. But from the short glimpse it offered, I thoroughly enjoyed it. It has every recipe I need for a mafia-themed story: a not-so-dumb, not-naive protagonist with good looks, a promotion system, the angle of enforcers and law handlers, a variety of women with unique personalities, decisions interwoven with moral dilemmas, and, to top it off, top-tier visuals and spot-on music. Everything blends together smoothly to create that unmistakable mafia vibe. Hoping for more in the future, best of luck, dev!
[Review for Ep. 1 P1.5] Visually stunning with an engaging story, yet still in it's infancy, I believe this will be a truly great AVN if Raw Magic sticks with it. You get to see the great visual look of the game, the models and physics, as well as the enjoyable dialogue. I also like the branching paths introduced (even if there's only one in the meantime).
The Red Veil itself is still in its infancy but it certainly is off to a great start. Solid characters, a good idea of a mechanic with the points you get for doing "good" being limited, and a good starting point to see how it develops. The added short stories are a nice bonus as well. Render quality is really high, with some images even really knocking it in areas like composition. Animations are a bit brief but pretty good as well. There is music but I always turn it off, and some sound effects that add to the ambiance. And at least in my playthrough it went smoothly without bugs. So, all in all, it's a bit early to tell much, but this one certainly is off to a great start. Lets see how it develops.
I have to give this game a 1 star out of principle because of how deceptive the release is. Download page talks about the game "The Red Veil", giving you a preview of the story you should expect. And seeing how it was released in December of 2023, you expect some content to be there. EXCEPT, game released in 2023 was entirely different. It was a collection of short stories, which are still accessible in the current "The Red Veil" release of the game. But the actual red veil part of the game, the game you read in the main post, is only 30mins long for a slow reader. 15 if you are a practiced reader. Even the giant The Red Veil gif you see at the top of the thread is deceptive. Scene with girl in glasses belongs to one of those short stories. Sure, its in the game you download; but it is not part of the 'The Red Veil' story. Same with half the screenshots. This new game should have had a new thread instead of reusing the old one. And screenshots belonging to the shorts should be removed. If you are promoting this game as "The Red Vein", then those stories are an extra now, not the main content.

The introduction of the points to spend mechanic felt forced, and could have been implemented in a way that more suits a your choices matter type of game, were depending on how you play, that screen would never come up. Nevertheless, the game is visually pleasing, the world feels real and alive, but I was hoping for interactive combat. The rest of the game (So far) is absolute class.
Version Ep.1 P1 The naming and versions are confusing and could do with greater clarity. I was under the impression this game has considerable content after multiple updates over the past 1.5 years - turns out past updates were a compendium of independent short stories under the previous title "NSFW" and what is now rebranded as "Red Veil" is the start of a main continuous long novel. The past short stories can still be accessed separately at the title screen, but otherwise have little bearing on the main plot a.k.a. Red Veil which just begun with less than an hour's worth of content, but I like what I see so far. Very high production values with good dialogue and tastefully done renders. The developer is in good stead as long as updates are forthcoming and quality is maintained. Story MC is an undercover cop living the life of a low-level grunt serving the Red Hand mafia. His big break to get promoted in the mafia presents itself when he gets the opportunity to bust a rival gang. The story is somewhat typical of the crime genre, but the presentation looks promising so I'll be tracking Red Veil's development closely. Game Mechanics AVN with choices to reject LIs and a moral points system in which you choose whether to be a good or bad guy. Still early days so we need to wait a while to see what consequences being a good or bad guy has to the narrative. Background / Character Renders Backgrounds are mostly standard Daz3D urban assets with customizations. Character designs look gorgeous - MC looks hunky and handsome enough while the potential LIs like the stripper sisters, the Russian prostitute, fellow undercover partner and the Asian restaurant girl look attractive. Character Development Minimal character development as there is too little content, but at least none of the characters presented so far look like brainless tropes. Sex Scenes Unfortunately, only one blowjob scene so far in Red Veil so it's hard to form a definitive conclusion(there are other sex scenes from historical side stories that can be accessed from the title menu separately). From that one scene I would say the developer has good animation skills, knows how to use dirty talk to build up the mood and plays with camera angles well. BGM and Sound Effects Good use of BGMs to convey the story with some sound effects (mostly gunshots) to date. Conclusion I would recommend waiting out a few more updates before trying Red Veil unless you just want to access the side stories for a quick fap. From what I can tell this is a high quality game with a common but well narrated story. The characters are gorgeous eye candies and the developer seems to know how to churn out a good lewd scene.
Review of [Ep.1 P1] Interesting action-adventure and sex game The story seems simple, about an undercover agent/cop in a kind of mafia. The game has quite a few decisions that affect the plot, so it lacks a walkthrough. Otherwise, the scenes are good, with decent renderings and good animations, although there's no sound from what I've seen. And the worst part is that there's very little content, at least from what I've seen. Although the game has good prospects for the future. Really fucking good. The teacher storyline is very hot, with Elie in the top 5 hottest models I've seen in 3D games (maybe top 3) and she isn't even my type. Dialog is above average: Elie/MC have solid conversational chemistry. The renders alone are exceptional; I don't think I've seen anything on this level before. This dev is going places.
Really nice game, and reallly well made animation, although the speed could be a bit slower, the Ellie model is amazing very very sexy. for me one of the better games here on F95. My only mention is that not all stories look the same in quality, the ELLI story looks much more rounded visually. but other then that 10/10

There is not so much to talk about that game. Story or in this case stories: More on the boring side. The good thing is that it doesn't take long until you are ready to go. Art: Animations are very good. The pictures are okay. Characters: MC with superman dick, girls with gigantic asses and gigantic melons. They are not even a little bit attractive. Proportions are out of control and in general the designer of the girls probably forgot his eyeglasses. All in all I would not suggest the game to other players.
This game is one of the best games which does the concept of sht game justice, as it weild s the limitations of sht gam,e namely limited time, limited number of characters to tell a sht yet interesting narrative, and since the game is primarily about meet and fuck , the anthology aspect of the game keeps the game interesting as you are introduced to new set of characters every new setting. The dialogues are done competently and it overcomes the biggest hurdle of such game i.e, renders, it is some of the best work on AVN , and though variety is bit limited what exists is done competently. I will not spoil you on story as that is too short in the first place. 4.5/5

Early days, but this has some real potential. The game has an anthology structure, so it has an interesting mix of short stories and the option to play longer narratives. There's one longer narrative with story decisions that give you different endings. It has solid renders and lewd animations and is good if you want to just get to the good stuff quick. I'm hoping for some variety in the body types and have see recurring characters. Hoping the dev adds some interesting story settings to add some variety to it.
I was not expecting much from a porn anthology game and I thought I was gonna be in and out and give this a 2-3 star review. I was so wrong. Genuinely, I was blown away by everything. I can't wait to get into the pros and cons on this one. Reviewing as of Ch.3 Pros: The models are amazing and high quality The scenes are animated and animated perfectly Elie's story is absolutely amazing and I got so invested in the story. You get a real feeling of satisfaction watching their relationship blossom. The MC for Elie's story can be a really nice guy that respects Elie's boundaries and personal space (make a couple wrong decisions and well...) There is weight to your choices in Elie's story Takes between 1-2 hours to complete You get bonus scenes for doing well on Elie's tests Cons: MAN THE FIRST QUIZ IS HARD WHAT THE HELL LOL There is no gallery which is super unfortunate because I loved all of Elie's scenes, it sucks I have to use save files to go back. I didn't really care for the mini-chapters, I only cared about Elie's story. I wish there was some background music in the game Conclusion: Notice how my review was mostly about Elie's story (The Tutor). That's what really got me, not the mini-chapters which are cool in their own right, but I hope the developer does more of the main chapters like this one. I would kill for more Elie content but I'm happy where it ended and I'm dying to see what else this developer has in store for us. I rarely give out 5/5 stars but this one deserves it.
Unbiased Review of NSFW Pros -No Linear story snooze fest like summer's gone just short stories that get right into it. -Finally some good animation on this site. -Decent rate of development. Good dev. Cons - Models look bad. Just bad amatuerish designs like older women having the face of a doll. - Dialogue just isn't cutting it, zero build up, zero tension. - Way too short even by short story standards. - Lewd scenes just feel soulless. -No gallery Overall it is the experience is bland. On patreon the dev says the goal is to make a AAA quality experience but not even the BADIK is there yet and somehow this was suppose to be the answer. I respect the ambition but there are levels to it. The characters look like premade plastic sex dolls. Renders, which should be a strong point if you're doing a anthology series are mediocre at best. The concept and idea of this seems cool but execution isn't.
