The Ruby Flower is an adult visual novel made by Apsilos in Ren'Py, using a 3D CG art style. You play as Emilia Rose, a rookie private investigator at the detective firm Gators League. After a long stretch with little success, she finally gets a major case that can prove her abilities. Her bold and controversial methods attract attention from witnesses and suspects alike, and she must work with a client and a new assistant to solve the case and earn the respect of her boss and colleagues. The story focuses on a female protagonist and corruption.
The current build is version 0.2.6, released on August 20, 2023. Development is ongoing, with Chapter 2: Rendezvous added in version 0.2 and about 90 minutes of total gameplay. Version 0.2.6 resolves problems tied to the optional Patch 0.2.5. The game is available for Windows, Linux, and Mac, is in English, and is uncensored.

The Ruby Flower tells the story of Emilia Rose, a rookie PI at the Gators League, a detective firm. After a long time of little to no success with her cases, Emilia has finally gotten the biggest opportunity of her life to prove her skills. Her "controversial" and bold ways of approaching witnesses and suspects alike have got a lot of eyes on her. With her client as well as a new assistant, Emilia must solve this tedious new case to prove her worth to her boss and colleagues!
