The Scarlet Devil Mansion and the Book of Succubi

Mostly downloaded this out of spite because the other review didn't talk about the porn in a porn game. The game is simple and easy, and most importantly it is fast so gameplay doesn't take much time. The porn is also pretty simple, made up of in combat grab attacks which you can easily get out of, but you let progress at least once for the porn. Nothing crazy, but iv seen far far worse.

I wasn't expected much, but this is poor even by low effort RPG maker game standards. It's stock standard RPG maker gameplay, but with a lewd capture mechanic. If you don't escape the capture in 2 rounds, the character gets KO'd. Characters have annoyingly little MP and do next to no damage with basic attacks, so the (short) gameplay loop is 'hang out by a recovery point, grind 2-3 levels, fight boss, repeat'.
