About The Velvet Ledger
The Velvet Ledger is an adult Ren'Py visual novel sandbox from Smoke & Brass Studio. You play an undercover male charmer staying in a house full of secrets, trying to keep your cover while shaping relationships with Rosa, Helena, Cece and Jess. The game uses 3DCG and AI-generated CG art, and your choices build Affection, Lust or Corruption, deciding who eventually learns the truth.
The current build is Episode 1, version 0.1.0, released November 5, 2026, and the project remains in development. It runs on Windows, Linux and Mac in English, with no censorship. This release contains the complete opening story, then Day 1 open exploration across town and house maps. You can chat, flirt, give gifts, shop, work a bar-shift minigame, play chess with Helena, and use an in-game phone for hints, stats, messages, calendar, map and gallery. Walkthrough hints are included in every build. The latest changelog entry directs users to log in or register.
