Trainees.inc is a text-based management game by BlueSQR, built in HTML, with 3DCG visuals. The story is set in a modern world after the Big Fuse, where a bored deity merged real life with historical, public-domain fictional, and mythological figures. As influential people from many eras meet, the future becomes an open question. You play the person responsible for accepting trainees, raising their stats, and shaping personalities, with different endings depending on those results.

The current build is the initial 0.Alpha release, indicating an ongoing early version. It was released on October 30, 2026, is written in English, and is presented without censorship. The changelog states only that this is the first version, giving a starting framework for managing trainees, developing their attributes, and reaching varied outcomes.

Trainees.inc is a trainer game set in a modern setting. You accept trainees, develop their stats, and can achieve different endings based on their stats and personality (which can be influenced). The story takes place in the modern world after the "Big Fuse". Apparently, some kind of deity was bored and decided to fuse the real world with historical, public-domain fictional, and mythological characters. With big and influential people now meeting in this world, the future will surely be interesting.
