Truth or Dare is an adult visual novel made with Ren'Py by Nutty90. It uses 3D CG and animated scenes. You play a male protagonist who is depressed and dissatisfied with life, trying to find something new and make his existence valuable again. The story is not linear, letting you shape the protagonist as kind, terrible, romantic, manipulative, or a mix. The game invites you to follow his search for excitement and meaning.
The current build is version 0.1, released June 10, 2023. It is an ongoing first release, not a finished final version. It is available on Windows, Linux, and Mac in English, uncensored. The latest update added roughly 1400 renders, over 260,000 code lines, 15,000 dialogue lines, and eight branching paths with many variations.

The story begins with a man who is suffering from depression but with drive to change. He is dissatisfied with his existence; His despair stems from the fact that he has tried practically everything in life and has gotten bored with it all. Now he faces a tremendous challenge: discovering something new and making life exciting and valuable again. Who can help him with everything? I cordially invite you to accompany him on the journey of his life. Furthermore, because the game is not linear in nature, you will have the opportunity to define the MC to your liking; he can be kind, he can be terrible, he can be romantic, he can manipulate and corrupt, and he can mix everything up. It's up to you to decide what path he is going to take.
