Tsumugi no Hanayome

Tsumugi no Hanayome is without a doubt one of the best futanari visual novels ever made, no, one of the best eroge ever made. Period. The love between Aoi and Yamabuki is expressed beautifully, in emotion, action and also horniness. By all means one could read a corruption angle into it, two pure girls who barely understood love suddenly becoming lustful when they grow a dick, but it never feels like that at all. This is consensual, strong and unbreakable love. They are only there for each other and that's what makes it very different from most eroge. The scenario was beautiful, if a bit tragic at times and it can grip one even without the sex scenes in my opinion. Of course the sheer amount of those sex scenes cannot really be ignored. They are all fully voice acted and start getting very smooth and great animations towards the mid point of the story. These live 2D sex animations blow nearly all competition out of the race. Despite all sex scenes being exclusively about this one couple they never lack in variety either. Which is all the more impressive as this VN rarely ever strays into any deep fetish content aside from the futanari theme. This by all means could be called vanilla, with only light tones of exhibitionism and a very strong impregnation fetish. There isn't a lot of music, but what is there is quite pretty. The main sex theme is already etched into my brain forever I think.... The story is absolutely satisfying, but hardship is not avoidable and sacrifices have to be made for happiness and any player should know that before going in. The VN even has slight horror moments in it which might be a bit disturbing for anyone just looking for pure eroticism. It's a story about dark mythology contrasted by the cuteness of our protagonists pure love. If there was anything to critisize (beyond the most minor personal nitpcks) it would be the machine translation of the English patch. It is honestly below average, if not somewhat annoying. Especially because of how often text gets cut off by the textboxes because the lines were not properly adjusted. This is a very mediocre rush job. But the thing is... I cannot possibly blame the source material for this. So even though this hinders the experience, I couldn't care less. This is a 5 star game and I will give it 5 stars. If you take the translation into account it could be lowered to 4 stars. Keep that in mind.

This is one of the best japanese VNs I came across. Even though it's machine-translated, the story is good and original, and there's lot of small and hot moments that make it almost a masterpiece. There's some horror, some corruption, joy and love, there's a clash between purity and lewdness. Characters are deep enough to make you care about them, and there's plenty of development. The only thing I didn't like was mosaics but it's not like we can do anything about that since this game doesn't have overseas release with reduced/removed censorship.

this shit is fucking amazing. i haven't even finished it yet because i want to savour it. the translation is rough, and the MC a bit too much of a wimp, but the corruption is so so so lewd. wholesome pure yuri romance x futa lust. i would be very interested in working on a full translation or uncensor. pure fucking crack
