About Undergraduate Research
Undergraduate Research is an adult visual novel made with Ren'Py by TismaLabs and presented with 3D CG artwork. You play a male freshman at the Tisma Institute, where four years of coursework, questionable cafeteria food, and looming debt set a familiar college backdrop. The story follows his attempts to learn about friendship, youthful indiscretions, and the strange challenges that make him wonder whether his life is part of a messed-up simulation. The game includes adult themes such as corruption, exhibitionism, and voyeurism.
The current build is RC1, released on August 9, 2024, and development is ongoing. It is available for Windows and Linux in English and is uncensored. The RC1 changelog describes it as the initial release and adds gameplay through Wednesday, August 28th.
