About Unspoken Words
Unspoken Words is a Ren'Py visual novel and dating sim by Patrican that follows Aiden, a male university student returning to Longbay after twelve years away. He wants a normal life, hopes to reconnect with Selene, and explain why he disappeared. The story blends romance, mystery, and humor as he handles college relationships, attempts to rebuild trust, and notices a threatening presence from his past. Choices shape the outcome, and the presentation uses 3DCG images.
The current release is v0.1 Demo1, dated June 6, 2026. It is a demo rather than a finished game. Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android are supported, with English and Chinese text and no censorship. This initial demo contains 259 rendered images, one animation, thirteen music tracks, twenty-six sound effects, and a custom interface with a working phone and SMS system. A playthrough lasts about forty minutes.

Spoiler Aiden thought returning to Longbay would be his fresh start. After 12 years in hiding, he’s back in his hometown as a university student, desperate for a normal life. He holds onto a fragile hope: to find Selene , the girl he left behind, tell her the truth about his sudden escape, and finally make amends. But Longbay is full of ghosts. While Aiden tries to navigate complex new relationships, college drama, and the difficult task of winning back Selene's trust, a dangerous shadow from his past is already watching his every move. Some secrets can't be outrun.
