Welcome to the Baby-Making Hot Spring Village is an adult 2D CG game by Taichon Workshop, built with RPG Maker. You play a tired male worker who falls asleep on a train and wakes in Kozou, a scenic hot spring town known only to selected visitors. He stays at the Shinonome inn, where tenth-generation proprietress Yoshino and her sister Nonoka greet him. The story follows his discovery that the town once had a red-light district and that related customs still survive.

The current build is v1.1.2, a non-final release from May 10, 2026. It runs on Windows and uses machine-translated English. The game is censored with mosaic. Its latest changelog notes the initial zone release, adding the first area of content. Themes include pregnancy, transformation, and a male protagonist.

Developer's description

Kozukuri Onsenkyo" (Kozukuri Hot Spring Village). A scenic hot spring area known only to those in the know. The protagonist, exhausted from work, falls asleep on the train and misses his stop. The protagonist wakes up in a hot spring town called "Kozou," where he ends up staying at the hot spring inn "Shinonome." We were greeted by the tenth-generation proprietress, Yoshino Shinonome, and her younger sister, Nonoka Shinonome. That night, I learned that this place, "Kozo," was once a thriving red-light district, and that its traditions still continue to this day.
