About the Game Whispers of Desire: Misaki's Path is a visual novel that has romance, drama, and mainly NTR (Netorare) content. The game explores deep character relationships, emotional conflicts, and difficult choices that shape the protagonist's journey. With multiple routes, perspectives, and branching narratives, every decision influences the story's direction, leading to different outcomes, including love or heartbreak. This game contains much of NTR content. And it's your choice to see only non-NTR content (Pure Love). They might not have much as NTR content. Story Overview Spoiler The protagonist, Kohei, returns to his childhood hometown for university after years away. There, he reconnects with Misaki, his former neighbor and older sister figure, who once seemed like pure sunshine, radiant, confident, and always teasing. But now, behind her playful smile, there's something else: loneliness, quiet struggles, and a hesitation she never had before. As the sweltering summer days pass, friendships, rivalries, and hidden desires emerge, pulling at the fragile connection Kohei and Misaki share. Unseen forces linger beneath the surface, and their bond is not the only one forming. As tensions rise, so does the risk. Can he protect what he cherishes, or will someone else take it from him?

I could give it a 5 just for the effort alone, but not only this is a clear project of passion as it tick so many right boxes -sometimes not even veterans have figured out yet. WoD is somehow not your "typical NTR" game, at least not in the current "meta", albeit it sets right into some well known NTR hentai, which is refreshing in itself as it can be a source of plenty of good material. The couple is not yet a couple, depending on your choice, and the dynamics follow that of a stereotypical Japanese apartment neighbor environment. The game offers genuine branching which are logically consistent, way above the average sound design, environment, and well illustrated characters, for the fans of the genre just by that, it's worth checking. As of 0.1.8 not much of the characters background have been shown, which leaves a hint of mystery into their psyche -which in turn might explain certain traits of their personality and the reaosn behind certain choices, especially for the landlord route, as currently it felt a bit rushed. Hope for the best, gz!

The art is awesome. Story is rather typical but the routes and perspectives are well planned and make sense to me. All characters are very good and have believable motivations. Will keep an eye out to see how this game develops.

version 1.7-Lots of spoilers- I had vanilla mode off and played Kohei’s mystery POV first. i think there was like 3 choices lol, rest was pretty kinetic. So far no ntr on that route till next update, it feels more like pure love which i'm ok with. Looking at the assets i see what happens if you play misaki's path. Spoiler: thoughts on koheis path And you pretty much get a feel for it happening while in kohei's path, as he's removed from misaki's company, and opening her to possible ntr even though it didn't show it to me. And probably the real reason she pulled away from you. Thus you definitely get the feel after you get shot. The renders are unique. A few times i feel the mc's back is too dark for skin tone, but it's minor. A few well done animations, and i can't rate sound, i play with it off. The story is good and believable, sometimes i feel a tad wordy. The mc comes across as naive....maybe a little dumb...which is nothing new to this genre. I usually like to play a love path first, then ntr path 2nd. -edit=played the other path now i feel ntr is unavoidable on both paths. So played a 3rd time and even with vanilla off and on all players view so far found just 1 path with no ntr. And it's the the one that has the most story so far. I have to say dev great job for your first game. Can't wait to see what the next update has in store......i have a feeling even on this love path i'm on ntr will creep back in for her, or him. Hopefully there's still a choice to stay on true love path. Most people complain about ntr game having a true love path. TO me it makes sense like in life......you never know how things are going to go...also if with ntr and true love you have double the ppl playing vs just the ntr, or just the true love playing. After the 3rd playthrough i raise it a star...great job.

Whispers of Desire: Misaki's Path [v0.1.6 Public] Promising! The storytelling and writing are good, with believable characters. If you're looking for quick fap material, you'll have to search elsewhere. This story definitely takes its time. You get insight into what the characters think and feel, including the three bulls. That makes them come across not as callous gf-thieves, but as normal people you can even sympathize with. Originally, I only wanted to play Kohei’s mystery POV before touching "Everyone’s POV." But the story ended rather quickly, without leaving me with any real sense of mystery. So I moved on to Everyone’s POV and played one route up to the end of this version. What I can say at least without spoiling too much is this: as a player, you will have to make choices that will push the MC into different NTR territory. Or, if you play it right or you chose to select the "vanilla" route at the beginning, you can avoid that path as well. The art style looks handmade and genuinely beautiful. The music might be AI-generated, but it fits the scenes very well. I’m definitely curious to see how the story develops. I’m deducting one star due to the still limited amount of content, but the potential for a full 5-star rating is clearly there.

I love this game a lot. The main LI is so beautifully drawn, and I like how it's NTR only! It's a slow-burn corruption NTR, so obviously it'd take things slowly unlike cliché NTR. And it's better this way... So far, it's really good. If you're an NTR fan (not NTRS/Netori fan) like me, it's 100% worth it. Thank you dev for making such an amazing NTR game during these hard times, and best of luck!

If u want to just read, play it. Pros Some voice in scenes Cons low amount of cgs just text/tex/tex If you want to play it with very little image stimulation, give it a try, for me is a game without soul, i dont say it is bad, but is boring for me and i love NTR

The bad sprite art and the art in general put me off of this one. Neverminded the fact the story feels overdone and average at best I couldn't stick through it. Maybe you'll like it, but in my opinion most likely not if you've been around the block.

This is an extremely well made NTR game that has 3 classic antagonists: Playboy chad/bully, ugly bastard landlord and overweight otaku friend. Your choices determine which path you end up on. The graphics, characters and text/dialogue are all highly polished. My only complaint is that it's not always clear which choices lead to which antagonist. A hint beneath each choice would have been helpful.

Good set up and great art. Not much NTR yet (as of 0.1.1) I am looking forwards to more. One interesting part is that there is no "bad guy" who is just a womanizer and is trying to take her away. Even the "ugly bastard" landlord type character is being set up to have feelings and a real desire for the main girl. He is very manipulative with a very dominating personality, but still, not just an "evil ugly bastard" like in normal NTR. You can chose to make the MC a little less of a wimp which is nice, or you can keep him in the "MC is a clueless pussy" kind of character. (0.1.1) ends on a cliff hanger, so we will have to see where it goes and what difference it makes.

Definitely good start for me personally art is amazing really want this to progress but apparently updates before this are short I just played this recent version and felt it was good intro but if it was shorter yeah I can see slight issues. my advice release bigger chunks even with long wait times for updates will do better since this a slow burn type game. Looking forward to dev slowly improving and the great art when we get to good stuff that Sayaka sneak peek.

Artwork is amazing, Characters have depth, has a high quality feel to it like Japanese VNs. Potential is huge for this game. Romance/NTR routes are set up to be really good and the snippet of animation so far looks fantastic

I honestly think the game has quite a few flaws. One of the main issues is that it feels very similar to the works of Hangover Cat — another creator known for making very linear games with strong female characters that are interesting but ultimately part of a very basic experience. It also reminds me of games like Infinitation Nox by the developer behind Nox . These kinds of games are pretty average overall — they lack real gameplay, offer only a few choices with minimal impact, and mostly rely on their female characters and H-scenes to keep players engaged. For me, this game suffers from that same issue. Its female characters aren’t particularly striking in terms of design. The base concepts are decent and have some potential, but the artwork still leaves much to be desired. That being said, I believe there’s room for improvement. It’s clear that high-quality scenes can be achieved — the one with the librarian girl at the end of the demo is a great example. That scene is well-drawn, well-animated, and nicely paced. If the developer can bring the rest of the scenes up to that level of quality, this game could become something truly solid. But as it stands now, even if it’s just an early version, there’s nothing that really makes it stand out or feel memorable.
