About White Lie
White Lie is an adult Ren'Py RPG sandbox by ScratchBack, using 3D CG art. You play a young man who, after military service, causes a fatal accident on a rainy night and takes a memory card from the victim. His powerful father removes the evidence and demands that he enroll in medical school while watching Kane. To get close to Kane, he hides his real identity among students and hospital staff, including Miw, Kane's girlfriend and his internship mentor nurse.
The current build is v0.1.8, released August 11, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows and Android in English and Thai, with no censorship. This update adds Nicha's one and two heart stories, Dr. Jan's one heart story, and a shopping mall with a car dealership, electronics store, bank, and future shop plans. It also introduces Bethania City as a second city, though only travel is available there now. The interface was made more intuitive, bugs were fixed, and a new save is recommended because many systems changed.
Developer's description
A young man fresh out of military conscription accidentally kills someone on a rainy night, then picks up the victim's memory card in panic. His father — a man who holds everyone's fate in his hands — erases all the evidence, in exchange for one condition: "Stop wasting your life and go to medical school... Just keep an eye on Kane for me." He must disguise himself as a medical student to get close to Kane through the people around him — including Miw , Kane's girlfriend and the mentor nurse at the hospital where he interns.
