Wholesome Affairs is an adult dating sim made by eroticview with RPG Maker, presented in 2D with 3DCG-style animated visuals. You play a male protagonist, a porn addict trying to improve, who gains the power to cross into another reality. Police recruit him to erase a virus that exists across dimensions and has taken many human lives. The investigation leads to the principal of a famous school, who turns out to be the husband of your first love. Choices center on romance, cheating, and possible multiple affairs.
The current build is v.0.2, released April 23, 2024, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, is available in English, and is uncensored. The update adds Nicole Thompson’s storyline with four dates available in the afternoon, the Bell street #61 map, and new items: Donuts and Soda. It also includes five endings for this version: romance paths with Nicole or Bianca, womanizer paths with Nicole without Bianca, Bianca without Nicole, or both. Fixes address a wall-stuck bug, park-to-residential morning transitions, and some dialogue and picture improvements.

- If you escape the first battle, the dialogue with Lady F. didn't match with the picture that appear.
