Womb Defense Force

They're trying to go for Earth Defense Force and failing on all metrics. It's got none of the camp that really uplifts EDF, but has all of the lootbox grind that you hate. In my playthrough, I got maybe 3 weapons in each category. Out of at least 12. It wears out its welcome far before you get to level 30 and the last level itself is a slog. At least the homing weapons are fairly OP, so you can just move around the map and hold down the shoot button rather than try to actually aim this thing. If you were here for lewds, don't waste your time. There's only 6 animations. And 4 of them are a 50/50 since those same enemies have kill grabs in addition to lewd grabs (and one of the lewd grabs is a kill grab. So be really into gore before you try this game). One enemy gets 2 lewd grabs and it's the most humanoid of them all, so it's slightly boring, especially since you've already seen one of those animations since its the same one hostages get. If you lose a stage and don't end up in pieces, then you get a game over animated CG. There's 6 total, one per 5 levels, and 2 of them aren't lewds. They're just the heroine being tortured. The only thing they kinda have going for them is they're basically a descent of the heroine, showing how she becomes more and more broken by the aliens. I'm really trying to find something positive here. TL;DR- There are better games for you to use your time on. This one fails on both the gameplay and lewd sides.

The game is pretty bad to play the longer you spend. It's repetitive, and combat is terrible. Weapons are hard to come by. I don't know why they color the weapon box green, and also the weapon booster is green. Do I get a weapon or power-up? Who knows? Don't even try dodge rolling your way to safety because the hitbox is very janky on distance, and enemies can outrun your expected end position of the roll; overall, it's a mess.

StudioS' first attempt to make something that isn't a gorefest (there's still some) or fighting game, and they're not very good at it apparently. It's a overly simplistic action game with repetitive stages, few enemy types, fewer sex animations, and for some reason ~100 very slightly different guns to collect. This feels like something that was made by one programmer over a couple weekends.

There is hardly any content and the gameplay is very stale and repetitive. All you really do is unlock more guns, but if you're looking for a decent shooter, why are you playing this game? If you're looking for a decent amount of hentai content, then this is also definitely not it, which makes it just not a good game in any sense.

It's a fairly limited side scrolling shoot'em up, 2d and lacks a lot of hentai animations. It contains some gore, but even that's limited if you're into that. It has the worst part of the EDF series, the random loot grinds that take forever.

it's a platformer run-and-gun game with bad quality. Menu? You literally cannot navigate it or press start, you need to edit the goddamn controls first, this was never meant to be played on PC. It took me 10 minutes to get it running because, you have no clue which button is used to CLICK MENU BUTTONS! Gameplay? absurdly difficult, just play on easy. Equipment? Uhh, yes, there's hundreds of guns but after beating the final boss I got 10, I don't see how many grinding sessions you are supposed to play to unlock these. H-scenes? uhhhh, half are good, half are gruesome death scenes, why is this in the game? Gallery? not unlocked after beating the boss. Worth dropping a save? Nope.
