Word of Mouth is an adult Ren'Py visual novel by Le Gato, using 3D CG artwork. The player follows Elizabeth Barton, a clothing store franchisee, after her sister Holly leaves for a second honeymoon and asks her to care for Jessica, Holly's first daughter, during the remaining summer. The story follows family duties, changing relationships, and adult themes such as cheating, interracial content, and lesbian interest.
The current Season 1 build is v0.0.9F, released June 12, 2026. Development is ongoing. It is available for Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, in English and Portuguese, and is uncensored. The latest changelog lists 105 renders, many of them adult, and adds Elizabeth's Day Part 1. Earlier Season 1 updates also included Holly's day, new side stories, and additional renders.

Meanwhile, Holly is determined to experiment with a same-sex relationship for the first time, and with a young woman who reminds Elizabeth.
