Yokoshima Fitness Club is a small RPG Maker adventure by Monotool, set inside a fitness club where a female protagonist explores rooms, talks to people, and watches events unfold. The 2D pixel art uses animated standing pictures that change with the situation, while the focus stays on conversation, research, and club activities rather than combat, nurturing, or a long story. Its adult themes include male domination, and the gameplay difficulty is low.
The game is finished, and its completed build was released on March 30, 2024, with a later April 6, 2024 update. It runs on Windows, is available in English through a heavily edited machine translation, and is censored. That update fixed a third-floor changing-room bug that could block progress during certain events; earlier fixes addressed slow movement in a fourth-floor clear room, missing drinks at the first-floor Juice Bar, a warehouse orientation problem, and a forest area that could not be cleared.

This is a mini RPG where girls get naughty at a fitness club. The standing pixel art changes and animates depending on the situation. It is mainly about enjoying conversations and events, and doesn't have the combat, nurturing elements, or deep story of a regular RPG. Feel free to explore while talking to different people, researching, and enjoying fitness club activities. The difficulty level as a game is low.
