About 36Weeks

36Weeks is a Ren'Py adult monster-girl simulator by CheckOne. It uses 2D CG art. You play a man in his twenties who lives with his mother, brother, and sister. After an unknown message and a package with a contract, he signs and becomes bound to a succubus. He has 36 weeks to complete a required sexual favor with a person he has known for at least one week, or he dies.

The current v1.1 build, dated September 20, 2026, is still under development. It runs on Windows, Android, and Linux, with English, Russian, Spanish, and Chinese support and no censorship. The update adds house exploration, conversations with Mom, Sister, and Brother, branching dialogue, relationship points, sound-based indicators, a phone menu, tasks, day progression, reaction changes, separate story branches, the first sister route section, Mom and Brother scenes, a gallery, saves, an adult warning, and a timed bathroom-cleaning minigame that can affect relationships.

Developer's description

This game tells the story of a young man in his twenties living with his mother, brother, and sister. One day, he receives a message from an unknown number proposing a deal. The next day, a package containing a contract arrives; he foolishly signs it, binding himself to a succubus. Under the terms of this special agreement, he has 36 weeks to receive oral sex from someone he has known for at least a week. If he breaks the contract, he will die.
