A Court of Chaos

A relatively short game where you play as a belittled and begrudged goblin who wants to humiliate and corrupt the queen. Overall it has like 30~ scenes, mostly with the queen and a few other characters sprinkled in. Good enough story to be decent filler, with good writing somewhat absent. Ok characters and story progression, with well made renders and animations. Overall a very flawed game that lacks content and meat on its bones, so to speak. Although it's decent enough if you want something quick and dirty. OR you like playing as a gremlin (like in real life).

The downside is the game's length; about half an hour is all it takes. It could be more developed. The humor, though a bit goofy, fits perfectly here. The characters are heavily exaggerated , which should generally be irritating, but in this case, it's a plus for me. The queen and priestess models are quite good; it's a shame there aren't more women. Five stars for the good concept and humor.

Short and sweet! Fun mechanics while it ran, variety of sex scenes, all in all a good quick Renpy game. Not the biggest fan of 3DCG, but it's clean and stylistic in this game. You play a goblin trying to humiliate his bitchy queen, you can take a variety of actions to undermine her while keeping her suspicion low. This can result in 3 different endings (as far as I could see).

Review: A Court of Chaos (v1.1) A Court of Chaos (v1.1) is really a nice piece of work! I’m familiar with the developer’s earlier games, and this one easily stands out as his best project so far. The presentation, atmosphere, and concept all work very well, making the overall experience genuinely enjoyable. Even with its intention to stay relatively small and simple, the game feels engaging and hot. That said, there’s still a lot of untapped potential. The ending, for example, feels rushed. Reaching the queen’s surrender is a major milestone, but currently it only leads to a single scene in the dungeon, with no real difference between anal and vaginal options. Considering the buildup, this doesn’t provide enough of a payoff. There’s also a NTR route that ends with a public use scene at the pillory. But since I’m not really into NTR, I was a bit disappointed by the Goblin solo route. Adding more scenes to the latter — like sex in the queen’s bedchamber and bathtub, escalating to a public throne-room scene with the court watching — could greatly enhance the impact and make the ending feel more satisfying. By comparison, even the priestess’s anal scene seems to have received more attention and polish than the queen’s final scene in version 1.1. Expanding both routes with additional content would help keep players invested and make the experience feel more rewarding. There’s also great potential for new dynamics. A threesome with the queen and the priestess would be a perfect reward for players who’ve worked their way to the end. The priestess herself could benefit from additional content — including vaginal options — to round out her route. Even a secret late-night scene where she rides the Goblin would add fun variety. Another idea that could add depth is a pregnancy route with the queen believing she’s safe, only to later discover she’s carrying the Goblin’s child — a twist that would fit perfectly with the game’s dark, chaotic tone. As for the character design, the women’s style isn’t usually my preference. I’m not typically a fan of the bimbo look with oversized breasts and those dinghy-boat artificial lips, but it’s clearly the developer’s style, and that’s something you just have to accept. Overall, A Court of Chaos already offers a fun and engaging experience that showcases the developer’s talent. With a few more scenes and expanded routes, it could evolve from a nice short game into a truly memorable one. Hopefully, after a well-deserved creative break, the developer will revisit this project and add that extra content — it would make the game feel much more complete and satisfying for players. I’m torn between 3 and 4 stars — for now, I’d personally rate it 3.5. But since I have faith that the developer will revisit and improve the game, I’ll round it up to 4 stars.

This is not a bad game, but is far from being a good game. It took me around an hour and a half to complete. Gameplay is simple, it's animated, the 3D models are great, I personally loved the queen and the witting is also decent. There's characters that feel realistic like the mage and others that feel like they have been lobotomized like the priestess. For me it needed more content, you basically only fuck 1 time with each girl. Overall, a simple game that made me smirk once or twice when i got some of the references.

i am torn apart. i kinda like this game and i kinda don't. Pros: - not too complicated/easy "gameplay" - nasty goblin - old man kink (barely used...) - curvy females (a bit too doll like shaped but better curvy than not) - kinda attractive "queen" character with some hot "nasty bitch" character - hot ideas (but the executions feels too quick and "poor" even animations don't save this) - setting is always hot - solid renders and models Cons: - feels a bit too repetitive - endings feel really rushed and lame - females look a tiny bit too doll like - way too much doggy style - way too short kinky "granpa-route" (with way too comical big dick) - too silly priestess - pissing feels unnecessary - not long enough sex scenes for how kinky and depraved this game wants to be feels like quite some wasted potential.

Queen model is gorgeous, but there isnt much here - at all. For a completed game, its just too short, I completed it in 15 minutes. I would not suggest it for that reason, as it ends before even gets started.

Goblin servant who starts to enact his plan to corrupt a queen, fuck a saint, and generally just be an utter nuisance? "I've played this game before!" Ok, all jokes aside, the models look great, the story is funny, and I really hope this isn't one of those one off "hey guys, here's a demon of a goblin game I plan to make-" (is never heard from again) We've had so many of those types here, but at least this one is a slightly different setting and more unique models and story. Goblin could stand to be a fair bit more horny, instead of just doing stuff to piss people off. Why piss on the queen's door, when he could blow a load on her door handle? Why stop spying on the queen when she bathes, when he could sneak in and catch her dozing? And why stop listening in on her speaking with advisors, when he might learn something he can use to blackmail her or earn a secret that will gain him some intel? Perhaps this is future content? Perhaps not. All I can say is this goblin has the sex drive of an elf right now, and not the anime elves, the tolken ones! I do like you can choose between sharing your secrets with Merlin the Roshi Wizard, but it really doesn't feel like NTR to me. He comes off as more of a bro who found a convenient ally in the goblin. Also, I see sleep sex in the tags, and there ain't no sleep sex. Don't tag things you plan to put in future builds, you can add the tags later! Sheesh. I guess I'm going to watch this ones future with interest, but not great interest, just interest .

There's potential, but the game is a mind-numbing experience. I don't understand how the dev think that making you do the same exact fucking sequence hundreds of times in a row is exciting or engaging. This game is like a novel that stops you every chapter because you need to reread the last 5 pages at least 20 times. The game looks fine everywhere else, but it is ruined because it doesn't get on with the story.

I could easily give this 5 stars because it's an excellent base layer for a game and the design/voice is good but the grind is too much especially for the amount of content currently. Currently the game feels like a complete short game but kinda "bare-bones" which is actually kinda nice for a still in development game because it already kinda feels like a "complete experience". I do really like that it doesn't feel like each character has more or less the same series of events that become tired. The different characters feel like they have a distinct erotic dynamic and also progression but I'd really like to see and can easily see there being more content scenes and look forward to them being added. Two feeding scenes for the priestess is really minimal and even the queen's ending felt a bit brief. I think maybe the grind would be more tolerable if there were more than 1 corruption event but even if there were a couple of other corruption events that aren't just shoehorned in/tired and actually add to the eroticism, I'd still think there'd be too much grind particularly the last level from desperate to broken. Overall it feels like a really excellent base layer that is very sparse and desolate. If the grind were tightened up significantly, it'd feel like a pleasant short game with a hot premise, character dynamics/design, story. When the game has more content, even if it had double the content and a couple other corruption events, I'd still think there'd be too much grind. If there was triple the content and a couple other corruption events, I still think there would be a bit too much grind or the grind would feeling enough of a hassle to get in the way of the game itself. I really think in erotic games, grinds should feel like erotic repetition or almost like hypnotism like almost more soothing than tiresome or a chore because that kills the mood. Things repeating 2-3 or 3-5 times instead of 5, 10, 20 times to unlock an event. Anything above 5 is a lot or going to feel repetitive unless it's really broken up by other events but even then I think the cap is maybe something like 8 at most or even with those other events, it begins to drag. Something I really like about this is the "voice" or "vision" of it. The designs actually represent the writing well which is mostly medieval fantasy with a touch of unserious just like the designs are very medieval in style/costume/hairstyle but the lips and makeup are semi-bimbo or bimbo for medieval fantasy. It actually feels more erotic fantasy than if it were going solely for realistic fantasy. Look forward to future updates and hope it easily does become 5 stars.

PROS + Sex scenes have animations, and character models look good. CONS - The story is nothing impressive, original, or well-written; there is a lot of stuff that doesn't make any sense, or plot holes here and there as well. - The game is way too grindy, and repitetive, for open the almost non existent amount of content you constantly do exact same 2-3 thing over, and over again for countless of times, even if you use skip feature only the grinding part takes half an hour, and the real content is shorter than that, even if there was tons of content in the game that kind of boring, nonsense, and mindless grind couldn't be justified, but with almost no content at all it's pure poor design-choice just to lenght the play time of the game. - The menu works terribly, especially the save/load screen, which is quite painful to use with weird prev/next button misplacement, almost always you end up clicking save instead, which is seriously annoying. - Visually, the game can use some improvements - Sex scenes have only one position, almost no build-up, with ''meh'' animations, which makes them quite boring. They need improvements. - MC could be unlikeable for some people. VERDICT With a good amount of content and way less grind, this game can be kind of interesting, but currently it's just bad.

I love AVNs that have a great story, great characters and good h scenes. This is not one of those AVNs. It is, however a ton of fun. This game does not take itself seriously and it is all about making the Queen a slut. It's lighthearted, funny and rewarding. I will admit, it can be a bit grindy, but it is not too bad and seeing the queen get humiliated is a blast. It's not gross humiliation, but fun and (again) lighthearted. I mean, the MC is a goblin so how serious can it be, right? If you are a developer and you don't have it in you to make a serious AVN, then have some fun with it like this dev is doing. I mean, the dev is called the Sexy Chinaman, what do you expect? Go into this with an open mind and you will most likely enjoy it. Good luck to the developer!

This project shows a lot of promise! It’s unfortunate that most goblin-themed games are often abandoned early in development, but I genuinely hope this one gets completed and released in its final form.

What can I say this game is just straight up hot and if you're into goblins and knocking a bimbo bitch down a peg, give this game a shot. There is not too much content as of v.0.2, but with what I've seen so far, this VN has a lot of potential and has already piqued my interest. So far, the main goal of the game is to publicly humiliate/get revenge on the queen, which leads to some pretty sexy scenarios. The queen is an absolute bombshell, and her thick bimbo lips were honestly the hottest part about her for me. The only other female in this game doesn't have any proper scenes yet, but she is also sexy with some nice DSL's. So far, the sandbox hasn't been intrusive, and I actually find it pretty fun, which is extremely rare for me and sandbox games. More content and keeping the gameplay simple is all this game really needs to succeed, and I can't wait for more. I've heard this dev doesn't have the greatest track-record, but if he keeps this level of quality/kinkiness and our goblin buddy Briggs eventually gets to fuck the queen into submission, this game will go down as one of the GOATs.
