I think it's GREAT yes its a visual novel but it's animated bits are nice my biggest issue is getting the final part is a bit annoying but its good and worth a shot. Another note is love the variety and wish there was more in the situation

Version 0.96 A Day at the Spa reeks of sloppiness at every turn - Everything from its story, dialogue, graphics, to sex scenes and animations screams low effort. Comedy is actually one of the hardest genres to develop in both movies and games, but for some odd reason it's often used as a convenient facade to expect audiences to overlook low quality as in the case of Spa. Story MC is a high school teacher who brought a class of all female students to a spa vacation and all of them got locked in the onsen hall for the weekend. All the girls then start having sex with MC and each other to pass time. That's it, zero effort of a story even by porn standards. How about the supposed humour and comedic elements? None, save for lame done to death chestnuts like "oh let me help sensei relieve his erection", "sensei will give you a lesson on sex" etc The developer sells us a stoic and honourable MC who gets into various funny hot moments with the girls, but the problem is the guy gives in immediately so whatever value this character has is lost within fifteen minutes of the game. Game Mechanic VN with choices that result in random consequence. For e.g. what you choose to buy or say earlier will somehow determine whether a lewd scene will unlock later, there's no foreseeable effect of your choice so you either have to save/load or just install the walkthrough mod. Background / Character Renders Both background and character designs are very dated HS1 renders with rudimentary customizations and no filters or post processing. Like I said, minimal effort to the point you are better off just playing Honey Select directly. Character Development None - MC is a typical brainless hentai sex starved loser while the girls (so many of them) are indistinguishable character wise. About the only trait they have is constant horniness. Sex Scenes A lot for sure, there's likely more sex scenes than non-sex ones. Unfortunately, all of them are just generic HS1 off the shelf assets put together carelessly. A lot of old issues like lack of genital details, clipping during blow job / penetration animations, awkward and unnatural body postures etc. that have long been resolved are still around. These problems and limitations might have been acceptable 10 years ago when Honey Select was first released, but now it's just plain bad. BGM and Sound Effects A few generic tracks and sound effects. Considering the important role music and sound effects play in comedies, this half past six effort is passable for slice of life VNs but clearly inadequate for Spa's genre. Conclusion I wasn't expecting a strong plot or character development for a game that sells itself as comedy porn, but the total lack of effort in scene setup, character posing and dialogue is just disappointing even with lowered expectations. The character designs, jokes and sex scenes are so cookie cutter and dated that one is probably better off just playing the original Honey Select directly. The updates after significant time spent in development aren't exactly meaty either, we have around three hours of content at normal reading speed.

I genuinely love this game. Yeah, a few scenes can be a bit cringy, but honestly? That just makes it feel more real and charming in its own way. You can tell the dev puts effort into improving the game with each update, and that’s what keeps me invested. It’s fun, engaging, and has a lot of potential going forward. I’m definitely sticking around and waiting for the next updates. Easy 5 stars from me.

I love the stylization of this game. I love the faces and the bodies. A unique touch where as most other developments in games approach female character design algorithmically. The development on this game is very slow but I’m really happy to see that the author has not given up. This is a great title I highly recommend it.

A diamond in the rough. The dev has a peculiar writing style that elevates the situation from simply hot to absolutely perverse. The contrast between what's being described and what's happening on the screen is so amusingly outrageous, it feels surreal. Deducted one star for the scenes (the angles could be a bit better; the girls' bodies are often hidden by the MC's) and the nonsensical choices at the very start of the game (consult the included "Walkthrough"). I'm really happy I checked this out on a whim.

I really love this game. I think most of us weren't star QB dating the head cheerleader. All the girls have rocking bodies, but have plain enough faces that we don't have to totally ignore reality to place ourselves in the MC's shoes. There are just enough questions that we have to answer correctly that it is engaging. If you answer wrong, there are plenty of hints to correct yourself and you don't have to go back too far to correct your mistake. I like the fact that the MC is a bit torn about taking advantage of his students is refreshing.

This game is great fun and totally perverted. The developer has a unique visual style that really works well, and the writing is deliberately over the top. If you go in expecting Shakespeare you are going to be disappointed, but if you go in expecting silly dirty fun, you will be happy.

Cute game about a teacher who takes his female students on a school trip. If you make the wrong choices the game can last less than ten minutes, if you do everything correctly, the game should last upwards of an hour, or more. I found the art style to be quite nice with some very well done renders, and although the students appearances can be considered "unique", I found most of them to be quite attractive. The game even gives off a sort of Disney gone lewd vibe, which is certainly a compliment. I'm also a sucker for puffy nipples and this game has this in abundance. The original sex animations are basic, until the Saki love scene at the end of the game, when the dev implements a new animation mechanic that is quite nice. This scene was the best looking and best written scene in the game, and assuming this was the latest addition to the game, it bodes well for future updates. Tip- If the game ends quickly choose different options. For the very long version I believe I chose "leader", "food" and "aggressive" when you meet the three men.

Very short for now but very good game. The models are really good and there's some interesting alternate paths, though I think mostly just one of them is fleshed out. I look forward to seeing this game continue development and potential fleshing out more of the alternate paths.

Almost Great. Pros: At this point, it's a pretty long game. Animations on the last day. Hiilarioous Sound Effects, never remove these. Cons: Halfway through, the story just stops making sense. There is no slow transition from Innocent Teacher, to full blown porn. Once this happens the plot keeps trying to reverse time. Almost all animations are 2-image-slideshow. There are a disturbing number of scenes with MC's Ass totally blocking the girls we're all here to see. This is way too much information about the author. Let the girls bounce, sir. Summary: The game has potential until you reach the point when the girls become sluts for no descernable reason.

I am a fan of the art and the girls. Not many games have girls like this who are well-endowed. I wish the author updated it more, as I appreciate the simplicity and the theme. What brought me back was the March 24th update. The animations could be longer, but overall I like that there are options that just don't go anywhere. Made me have to replay this several times before finding the right route. I see that this game has a lot of potential.

Story 2/5 There arent really much of a story, MC a teacher for an all girl class takes a trip to the spa and gets locked inside, Its a very simple game where you just have to pick the 4 right choices to get to the path where the fuckfest begins. MC will fuck every single girl at one point doing hes weekend locked inside the spa, all the girls wants it and some even gets into a fight to be fucked by MC, a few times your given a choice of who to fuck or make a 3-some instend since theres plenty of girls in the que. The writting has alot of flaws but for a game where story isent really importen it dosent matter to much, its a little annoying but personaly i dident really care much about that. I think most if not all of the girls are virgins and in most scenes they made it feel right so it does have the virgin vibe that alot of games miss, girls has blood and a little pain so for the virgin/deflower fans this is a pretty decent game, even though there are a few scenes where they forgot about the blood part, like in the 3-some but still its a nice supprise to see a game doing it right in most cases. Girls 2/5 Cant say i found the faces hot in any way, they arent unique since its pretty much the same face re-used with diffrent hair/eye color with or without freckles and so on, the diversity of builds is pretty perfect there are anything from small to big, nothing huge which is a plus in my book. Animations 0/5 For what it is its not a bad game really but its also a long way from perfect, no animated scenes dosent help the game, but atleast it has 1-3 frame picture to picture which does add a little compared to just a single frozen image. Music 3/5 Its about averge background stuff but somehow it suits the game just fine. Content 2/5 I must say i expected a bit more being 2gb in size and having no animations to take up space, so not really sure why its so big. I cant really rate this more then average, girls arent that hot and dosent feel unique, no animations, no real story and just a fuckfest game. Normaly i wouldent even rate games like this higher then 2 but it does have something about it and it did do alot of things right where many fails.

I think I get what the dev is going for but I also think the game fails at everything it sets out to be. This game seems, to me, an attempt at a light and fun harem game where you just fuck a bunch of willing girls through a series of unlikely events. The problem with that is that it's not very funny, the sex is nothing special, the language is overly formal, there's a ton of grammatical errors, and the narration and characters as a whole are just overly verbose. I appreciate the effort and the more... I struggle to call them realistic... character designs, but it's simply not enough to make this game worth playing.

Seriously, which pervert among us could not like this? A bevy of horny schoolgirls, all *obviously* of legal age. A specious excuse to spend the entire game (so far) naked. A few choices just to keep you from clicking through, and which do lead to (marginally) different scenarios. Cue a processional of well rendered 'first times'. Amusingly formal dialogue periodically let down by pro(noun) lapses between his and hers. Go elsewhere for depth and profundity. This is a slice of unashamed fun.

Unique art style and unabashedly goes straight to what it wants to do after a few critical choices. Looks very promising and fans of ahegao will enjoy due to the characters' face designs. Love the always wet and sweaty look due to the setting. Hopefully the updates keep rolling and not as slow as the creator's namesake.

The start of the game with the choices and bad endings was funny but a little annoying. The content after this section is way better. I'd rather just see a static intro up until the class gets trapped in. The girls are cock hungry sluts, the writing is ridiculous, the renders are ridiculous. A porn game that doesnt take itself seriously at all which is great. I enjoyed it a lot.

The writing feels like it's been machine translated, it's incredibly stiff and awkward. And beyond that it's probably gonna be one of those VNs you hold ctrl during a lot because it'll write three paragraphs to explain something that should take no more than a single sentence. The visuals are a mess, the girls' faces look pretty weird (I don't have problems with asians in general before you go thinking that's the reason I say that), and all the body fluids look like they're weird coagulated gels, not actual fluids. Normally this kinda game would be right up my alley and I opened it in hopeful anticipation but sadly I found nothing to enjoy here.

This game is so silly. Silly in a good way, the writing and visuals are quirky and fun. It's lighthearted, fun and doesn't take itself serious. Look at the screen shots and the story description and then consider the kind of slap stick humor of old comics (manga) like Ranma 1/2 and Great Teacher Onizuka. The only way this story with these unique visuals could be told better is in black and white with old school tones in 2D of course, it just feels so nostalgic. This is exactly what this kinda game should be, an easy way to pass the time/relieve stress.
