About Aberrant Lifeform Report
Aberrant Lifeform Report is a fast-paced battle RPG made with the RPGM engine by CityGirl. It is a Japanese game. The story follows Yuki Miyama, a young protagonist from the Transcendents, a powerful new race that appeared after monsters from the Forbidden Zone devastated nearby cities. She fights through turn-based combat and sandbox-style encounters while helping rebuild a ruined city. The opening event comes when her younger sister Hana reports a new investigation document describing sexual assault against human women by the creatures. The game uses 2D CG art and presents adult themes involving monsters, corruption, and a female protagonist.
The current build is version v1.02, dated October 25, 2026, and it is a released playable build rather than a demo. It runs on Windows and is available in English. Censorship is present as mosaics.

A fast-paced battle RPG. To rebuild a city left in ruins, a young girl continues to fight, day after day. The Forbidden Zone—a dangerous, unexplored region where no human has ever set foot. Twenty years ago, monstrous creatures suddenly poured out of this land, a place where humans had long been strictly forbidden to enter, and devastated the surrounding cities. The protagonist, Yuki Miyama, belongs to a new race of beings known as the Transcendents, who possess powers far beyond those of ordinary humans and began appearing in the wake of that disaster. One day, as Yuki prepares to head out on her usual expedition into the ruined old city, her younger sister, Hana Miyama, informs her that the investigation team has submitted a new report.
